    In view of mary difficulties in underground construction,put forward the proposal of dynamic monitoring in the process from open-pit to underground mining,rational arrangement and monitoring in the number and degree should be adopted to related techniques,working category and procedures.The underground construction was greatly improved by applying united exploiting and transporting system,as well as bidirectional digging scheme and layout; ensured the safety of open-pit side slope by grading the stability of high and steep side slopes and sectioning and reinforcing the anchor cable and net; separated open-pit from underground production by applying the extension method without expanding side slope and allocating in-phase separated pillars; ensured highly efficient production from open-pit to underground by conducting multi-location and multi-method operation; improved the safety for Large waterflow mine from open-pit to underground by carrying out various precautious and draining measures.With the further study of dynamic monitoring technology in the safe and efficient mining from open-pit to underground,as well as the rational and orderly construction organization,Guilaizhuang Open-pit Mine witnessed a successful transition from open-pit to underground mining without any decreasing output.Meanwhile,the safe and efficient exploitation may be ensured in this case.

    To predict demand for china iron and steel and iron ore resources is of great significance for industrial economy,environment and trade.Demand for crude steel was estimated according to the demand for construction,industrial areas and transportation industry.Output ratio of iron to steel and import interdependency for iron ore was analyzed.Demand for iron ore resources was measured.It can be concluded that total demand for steel will be over 800 million tons in 2013 and be close to 900 million tons in 2015 if ratio of steel exporting is 7%; If output ratio of iron to steel can be maintained in 0.95,it needs import 728 million tons iron ore in 2013 and over 800 million tons iron ore in 2015 when import interdependency is 58%.When import interdependency is 53%,it needs import 700 million tons iron ore in 2014 and about 740 million tons iron ore in 2015.Suggestions and measures about how to reduce output ratio of iron to steel and keep appropriate import interdependency were put forward.

    The goaf treatment and pillar recovery are related with productive continuity and safety.In view of existing situation that large and high-grade pillars are left over in the production stage 550 in Qingtonggou Mercury-antimony Mine,firstly artificial pillars are used to support the goaf.According to the empirical formula,the construction was designed.Through the stability analysis,the result is seen rational and feasible.Secondly,the intrinsic point-pillars and partial point-pillars of the large pillars are reserved to support the roof.Finally,back-filling fills the whole goaf.This method ensuresd that the workers safety in the work processes and winned over the high-grade pillars recovered entirely as possible.

    The stope of underhand-stoping and consolidated-filling by hexagonal-drift was investigative-object,according to the engineering geo-mechanics date from in-situ test,four different stoping and filling sequences of drift were selected,The stress,displacement and plasticity field of medium around drift were simulated and analyzed with FLAC,the stress-strain rule,geometry-distortion character and structure-load capability of stope tructure-medium influenced by the different stoping-filling sequences was investigated.The analytical results showed that,this stoping-filling sequence was safe,feasible and economical technical,which was the drift in the middle of stope was mined first,advanced to headwall step by step,excavated headwall first and footwall secondly,stoping and filling sublevel,the structure-medium stability of stope was influenced by mining and filling less.The inspection and shoring on the stress-focus position was at wall-rock and bottom-rock of headwall and footwall drift should be strengthened,the intensity index of top-filling-body should be ensured.

    A calculation model for ore bin stability which in the southwest top slope of Yanqianshan iron mine was built during the transfer from deep open-casting to underground mining and based on the effect of rock fault.The FLAC software was used to study the ore bin stability and the surface subsidence around it.The plastic zone distribution and tension stress variation laws were analyzed under the conditions of -320 meters and -500 meters mining levels and with the subsidence as the standard to evaluate the ore bin stability.Numerical results showed that the ore bin stability decreased as the digging depth increased.When the digging came up to-320 meters,the ore bin surface subsidence within 3 mm/m and the plastic zone mainly appeared at the foot of slope with small range,indicating that ore bin and slope stable.When the digging came up to -500 meters,the plastic and tension stress zone nearly appeared all around the slope,and the influence of rock fault was significant.Overall landside slope possibility small,but slope body internal stress was redistributed,resulting in subsidence increased and ore bin instable.

    In order to investigate the characteristics of acoustic emission(AE)during the loading process,both uniaxial compressive and Brazilian tests of rock samples from Dahongshan copper mine were performed.Both the failure mechanism and the failure prediction of rock mass in-situ AE monitoring on panels of the mine were also studied.Similar rules were found from AE characteristics of rock failure indoor and pillar caving failure and stope roof failing in situ monitoring.The changes of AE activity from quiet to long-term abrupt could be regarded as one of forewarnings for the failure of rock mass.

    Digital detonator's blasting was totally adopted in a Shallow Covered tunnel to be drilled,but blind cannon occured frequently.According to the digital blasting cap's internal structure principle,blasting cap's tensile strength,the speed of explosive residue theory and other aspects, the various reasons of blind cannon were analyzed with shallow covered tunnel blasting by detailed computing.In view of these problems,finally some practical suggestions were given to prevent the blind cannon by adjusting the blasting equipment,the short-delay time,the blasting network connection,the charging structure,and the quality of blast hole filling.And these measures were effective.

    Numerical calculations with FLAC3D had been done to establish the three-dimensional numerical model of nuggets recovery process in Nanminghe Iron Mine,and set up the stress-strain monitoring of different rock positions.Analyzed the three-dimen-sional macroscopic mechanical properties of rock under the conditions of 8 m and 10 m two kinds of structural parameters of the ore blocks during the different extraction times.By comparing the mechanical characteristics of rock mining area,the mechanical characteristics of filling and the deformation and destruction of rock,optimized the structure parameters of ore block and determines whether to locate permanently pillar.The results showed that the stability conditions of rock were much better when using the structure parameters of 8 m wide slope than using the structural parameters of 10 m wide slope.When ore recovery mining without reserving the 3 m wide strip pillar filling,the roof only appeared a minor settlement,and would not appear the phenomenon of large-scale caving.

    The key of mining property problem is the inconsistency between administrative monopoly supply and market demand,the solution is clear out the causes of the contradiction between government and enterprises.Firstly this paper collects the cases of such contradiction and explore the conflict manifestation; Secondly establishes mining property estimation formula,and then analyses the contradiction of mining property on supply and demand in macro level; Thirdly based on existing systems,demonstrates whether the contradiction can be alleviated; Finally from the angle of accounting system,it analyses mining property contradiction in micro-enterprise level.Research indicates that improper matching between supply and demand is the root of contradiction and the defect of management mechanism and accounting system aggravate the contradiction.

    Numerical simulation analysis was conducted using UDEC for the laws of surface backfilling body by mining underground ore body.The results showed that the phenomenon of displacement in backfilling area was “the middle is bigger than both ends” and the top of the subsidence was particularly significant in backfilling area just above the ore body and there were “V-shaped” emergence basin in the backfilling area,the biggest subsidence value about 32 m.Simulation and forecast the motion laws of the backfilling body correctly caused by underground mining using UDEC,It is important to guide safety backfilling work smoothly.

    Briefly Introdured methods to calculate the boundary roof thickness which can be divided into three main categories:mechanics analysis method,empirical method and mathematical simulation method.Among them,mathematical simulation method can get full account of the slope′s influence on boundary roof.Mathematical simulation method can directly reflect the stress distribution of the boundary roof,and the stability of the roof canbe made by combination with rock properties.A certain mine as an example,the stress distributions of the roof on different thickness were analyzed,and then the suitable thickness of boundary roof was got out.

    Based on the investigation of the Engineering Geological Conditions,the stability coefficient of the Yujiaquan tailing dam when dam body in 334 m under normal situation,flood situation and special situation is respectively calculated by limit equilibrium method and Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua method(FLAC).The result indicated that the tailing dam was safe in these situation,but the stability coefficient in special situation was only 1.06,just satisfy the requirement of 1.05,therefore,it should pay more attention to the tailing dam stability in special situation(earthquake).

    Reverse flotation desulphurization experiment research on low intensity magnetic separation iron concentrate of Baogang concentrator that had a sulfide of 1.19%,and sulfide was magnetic pyrite and pyrite was conducted.The result showe that using sulfuric acid and JY-1 as regulators,and isoamyl xanthogenate-K as collectors,and using a reverse flotation flowsheet of one roughing two cleaning three scavenging,could obtain iron concentrate of sulfur content at 0.48%,and iron recovery rate at 97.05%.

    The deep reduction tests were conducted for the Lingyang iron ore from Linjiang,Jilin,in the Laboratory box resistor-stove with the coal from Songshugou as reducting agents.The effects of reduction temperature,reduction time,thickness of feed layer and coal content were investigated.The deep reduction tests were conducts on the condition of reduction temperature at 1 275 ℃,reduction time at 40 min,thickness of feed layer at 40 mm and excess coal blending multiple 3.3,and then the iron powder products with iron grade 89.99% and recovery 95.22% were obtained via one magnetic separation for deep reduction products which was ground to the content of less then 0.074 mm occupying for 80%.

    Aimed at the low grade ore with superfine dissemination bearing 13.00% zinc and 40.20% iron,the process of deep reduction-magnetic separation was used,and the factors such as reduction content,reduction temperature,reduction time,grinding fineness and magnetic intensity were used to analyze the influence of recovering zinc and iron.The results show that the ore used was effectively treated with the process of deep reduction-magnetic separation.Iron metallization rate and znic evaporation rate is greater than 92% and 97% after roasting,and grade and recovery of iron is greater than 90% after magnetic separation.

    The beneficiation tests with the purpose of comprehensive utilization were conducted on a iron sand sample abroad containing 54.09% Fe,8.10% TiO2,0.33% ZrO2 and 0.057% rutile.The best result was obtained using a low intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-electrostatic separation process flow.A titanomagnetite concentrate assaying TFe 60.20% grade with 85.58% recovery,a basanomelan concentrate assaying TFe 51.69% grade with 11.04% recovery,a zircon concentrate assaying ZrO2  60.04% grade with a recovery of 77.53% and a rutile concentrate assaying TiO2 85.58% grade with a rutile recovery of 59.06% were finally produced.

    The direct reduction experiments of hematite powder using CO and H2 as reducing gas respectively were conducted in a vertical tubular resistance furnace,which simulated a fluidized bed reactor.The results reveal that reducing the size of the hematite powders,increasing the reaction temperature,prolonging the reaction time and increasing the flow of reducing gas can enhance both the reduction rate of speed and the content of Fe.When the other reaction conditions are the same,the reducing power of H2 for the hematite powders is far stronger than CO.The reduction products,which were prepared under the following conditions:160~40 μm of the hematite powders size,using H2 as reducing gas with a flow of 0.36 m3/h at 950 ℃ for 60 min,were treated by grinding and low-intensity magnetic separation,and then a concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of 74.92% and 96.82%,respectively,can be obtained.

    The influence of different concentrations of all kinds of extractant and ferrous ion on the growth and activity of acidophilic microorganisms and copper bioleaching rate were studied during bacteria cultivating and bioleaching.The results show that bacteria numbers and activity are restrained when extractant is added.The copper leaching rate is changed as bacteria activity.The bioleaching rate will be increased on the condition of bacteria activity by adjusting concentration of extractant and ferrous ion in bioleching solution.

    According to the characteristics of a polymetallic sulfide ore,Applicating nelson beneficiation equipment conducted a coarse gold pre-recovery technology test,and the whole process comparative test,whether the nelson beneficiation operation.The results showe that,the total recovery of gold  at 84.32%,based on nelson beneficiation technology of the whole process,nelson beneficiation technology 2.24% higher than those without,the recovery rate of gold concent at 28.19%,significantly decline 24.27% in Mixture of lead and zinc concentrates's gold recovery,to improve and create the conditions for final gold recovery.Use the nelson beneficiation operation,almost no effect to grade and recovery targets(except gold concent index)of copper concentrate,lead and zinc concentrate mixture,sulfur concentrate.

    Based on the process mineralogy research on a polymetallic Cu-Zn sulphide ore,carried out the systemic recovery test of copper and zinc according to the flowsheet of floating Cu and inhibiting Zn.The results indicate that take the process flowsheet of one roughing,one scavenging two a cleaning to float copper, one roughing,two scavenying and three cleaning to float and the middlings ordinal returning for processing the polymetallie sulphide ore.A copper concentrate with grade at 24.23% and recovery at 89.92% and a zinc concentrate with 53.55% grade and 81.87% recovery are obtained.

    Several sulfide mineral oxidation experiments were carried out, which the mineral oxidized by free suspended cell, partly adhesion cell, adhesion cell and abiotic.Variations in the concentrations of iron ions and bacteria, redox potential were monitored in the mineral oxidation systems.The results show that the Eh value and the mineral oxidation when the bacteria adhered are higher than those when the bacteria suspended and abiotic.The surface morphology of the mineral before and after oxidation is observed.There are obviously several holes on the mineral surface which caused by the adhered cell.The mineral oxidation by free suspended cell is higher than that in abiotic condition.Sodium hexametaphosphate added could change the electrical properties of the mineral surface and promote the percentage of cell adhesion on the mineral.

    A Nickele-Molybdenum Ore in Zhangjiajie was reasearched,focusing on grinding fineness in single-stage grinding and flotation reagent system of roughing.The grinding and flotation flowsheet was introduced.A closed circuit test was carried out by the production of rough grinding floated by two roughing and three cleaning,the intermediate concentrate of regrinding production floated by two cleaning and middlings returned in order.The flotation concentration containing 2.21% of Mo with molybdenum recovery of 84.53% was obtained.Phosphorite contained the flotation concentration was dissolved by hydrochloric acid,then the grade and recovery of Mo concentration could reach to 5.73% and 93.34% respectively.

    The aluminum increasing and iron reduction research on Shanxi a bauxite was carried out.The results show it could increase the Al2O3 grade from 64.80% to 72.57%,the recovery rate comes to 86.86%,while the concent of Fe2O3 decrease from 3.28% to 1.81%,the removal rate reaches to 57.20% when deal with the ore with one roughing,one cleaning,one scavenging and one high gradient magnetic separation.Appropriate grinding fineness is the guarantee of ideal separation index,sodium hexametaphosphate and RL flotation play a leading role in flotation to increasing aluminum,and sodium hexametaphosphate makes remarkable dispersion in the strong magnetic separation for iron reduction.

    Low alumina-silica ratio ferric bauxite is difficult to be processed for its poor quality.Direct reduction is an effective method to utilize this type ores.The hematite is reduced to iron which can be recovered by magnetic separation, and the Al2O3 is translated into sodium aluminates which can be recovered from the solution.Analyzing distribution of Na2O in final products and implementing recycling use of Na2O are beneficial to reduce processing cost and protect environment.The experiment results show that 87.76% of the Na2O loss is diffusion loss, among which 68.69% spread to pot,43.60% was in solid (liquid)phase and 56.40% in gas phase.The Na2O content difference between raw-material and crucible affected the diffusion amount of Na2O, appreciably.There is little Na2O diffusion when the content difference is below 22%.The amount of Na2CO3 loss is increase with the accelerant content and the reducing atmosphere.

    Introduced the effect of sulphur and sulfate on the alumina production.Typical high-sulfur bauxite desulfuration methods such as reverse-flotation desulfuration,electrochemistry desulfuration,chemical desulfuration and microorganism desulfuration were elaborated.Relative merits and development direction of desulfuration method were deeply analyzed.Research indicate that microorganism desulfuration will be most promising desulfuration technology of high-sulfur bauxite.

    Taking the siliceous containing vanadium shale from western Hubei as the research object,studied the different effect of acid and alkaline additives on the roasting.Under the optimum conditions,the results of the experiment indicate that:when the roasting temperature is 800 ℃ and the roasting time is 1 h,the water leaching rate of vanadium can reach 74.63% if added 1% alkaline additives Na2CO3 and 2% YL.When the roasting temperature is 850 ℃ and the roasting time is 1.25 h,the water leaching rate can reach 85.36% if added 5% acid additive Na2CO3 and 2% YL.With the SEM detection of the different roasted sample,explain the effect of the two kinds of additives on the roasting for the shale.

    1 228 geochemical samples were collected according to a certain grid in the surface of Dehelongwa mining district,and the content of 20 trace elements was analyzed,by the geochemical properties of each trance element and the co-relationship between each trance element and ore-forming elements,abnormal combinations of multiple geochemical elements were divided,and the abnormal geochemistry structure mode in this area was analyzed.The research shows that the abnormal geochemistry structure mode does consistent with actual situation in this area.There were three structural broken belt were developed in research area,the magmatic activities and forming of ore bodies were all controlled by this three structural broken belt.So the structural broken belts are the important areas for the further ore-prospecting work.

    First of all,the incremental insertion algorithm for Delaunay TEN generate was introduced in detailed.Then the position of the point for insertion which is the key step that affect the generate efficiency was improved by leveraging octree index and direction searching technology.And at last,the points were inserted into the tetrahedron network from both internal and external of the convex hull to handle the point insertion process.The experiment showed that the point position method not only can accelerate the Delaunay TEN generate process,but also independent of the size of the point cluster; and the approach that insertion from external of the convex hull made the insertion process more flexibility.Finally,combined with the spatial interpolation techniques,the Delaunay TEN generate method is used to the real 3D modeling of mine.

    Took stone-coal vanadium tailing as the main Si-Al materials for ceramsite synthesis,the influence of the content of the clay and the fly ash,pellitezation parameters and roasting conditions was studied.The results show that when the ratio of vanadium tailing,fly ash and clay is 6∶3∶1,granulating water is 8%,granulating time is 20 min,the green balls are roasted when preheating temperature is 350  ℃,the time is 30 min and the roasting temperature is 1 180  ℃ and the time 12 min.The bulk density of porcelain granule is 691 kg/m3,the water absorption is 1.4% and the compression strength is 10.7 MPa.XRD and SEM analysis indicate that in the process of ceramsite synthesis,mullite and amorphous state has been generated,which significantly affects the strength of ceramsite.
