Experiment Research on the Deep Reduction of Lingyang Iron Ore From Linjiang of Jilin

Abstract: The deep reduction tests were conducted for the Lingyang iron ore from Linjiang,Jilin,in the Laboratory box resistor-stove with the coal from Songshugou as reducting agents.The effects of reduction temperature,reduction time,thickness of feed layer and coal content were investigated.The deep reduction tests were conducts on the condition of reduction temperature at 1 275 ℃,reduction time at 40 min,thickness of feed layer at 40 mm and excess coal blending multiple 3.3,and then the iron powder products with iron grade 89.99% and recovery 95.22% were obtained via one magnetic separation for deep reduction products which was ground to the content of less then 0.074 mm occupying for 80%.
