Abstract: Forced dehydration with negative pressure can speed up the dehydration rate and reduce hydrostatic force to seal wall.So it is necessary to seek the dehydration rules and its best technology parameters. For this, corresponding finite element method program of numerical simulation of dehydration with negative pressure is developed based on FEPG (Finite Element Program Generator),and the finite element numerical analysis model of seepage velocity and its influence factors is established. We employ orthogonal test theory to analyze seepage velocity at different dehydration parameters. The results show that the seepage velocity increases sharply with the increasing of differential negative pressure in dehydration tube, but the increase,to some extent, cannot be expected to be sustained; while it is monotone decreasing with growing of the distance of two adjacent vacuum tubes; And lowering the heights of tailings also has an obviously positive effect on the dehydrated efficiency.
