Design and Mechanics Analysis of Explosive-barrier Devices for Coal Mine Gas

Abstract: Aiming at the limitation of the inerting technology of sprinkling rock powder,the inactive barrier explosion technology,the automatic barrier explosion technology,this paper presents an idea of the blowback solid barrier explosion device,which can be installed in the roadway,and explains the device's structure and operation principle.And ceramic foam was chosen as solid explosive material barrier.Through the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the simulation analysis on the force for explosive devices is made to get  the impact and variation laws of gas explosion on the devices.It provides a theoretical basis for further improving and optimizing the performance and parameters of the solid barrier explosion device of gas explosion.
