    The features and difficulties of beneficiation of high phosphorus oolitic hematite were sketched.High intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation,magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation,roasting-magnetic separation-reverse flotation,reverse flotation and processes of dephosphorization were used to treat these ores by mineral processing researchers,and the research results were summarized. However,a satisfactory separation index of conventional mineral processing method has never been achieved. But deep reduction-high efficient magnetic separation is an effective technology for utilization of high phosphorus oolitic hematite. According to the problems of the new technology,the future research direction of high phosphorus oolitic hematite was suggested.

    The backfill system with classified tailings in a mine was in low efficiency with its complex process and the supply shortage of tailings.The test on tailings parameters was carried out,the four concentration sample slurry(66%,68%,70% and 72%)were prepared with 3 different dosage of cements(1∶〖KG-*2〗4,1∶〖KG-*2〗8,1∶〖KG-*2〗12)for the capability test of settlement,infiltration,concretion and strength.The results show that the physical characteristics of the tailings were the porosity 39.71%,natural rest angle 40°,average particle size 0.0497 mm,the tailings were finer,the water effusion rate by settlement was 6.39%~23.76%,and concentration increased by 1.81%~8.77%; Penetration speed of 0.25~0.36 cm/h; When cements dosage is 25%,the final concreted time of 26.2~23.9 h; while 12.5%,the concreted time of 41.4~40 h,the final concreted time does not exceed 2 h; the slump height of all samples were 24.9~26.8 cm,the slurry can flow better.The 28 d uniaxial compressive strength were 0.38~1.9 MPa.And the UCS was positive related with slurry concentration,the cements dosage.the suggested ratio was 12.5% cements dosage,backfill concentration was 70%~72% according to the require of mining methods on the concretion time and UCS.The results in the paper was coming to a standard for the determination of cemented fillings slurry performance made by unclassified tailings in similar mines.

    The goaf was filled in B909 working face of Pingshuo Anjialing No.2 underground coal mine of Chinacoal to realize the safety and high-efficiency.To meet the needs of construction and mining,Ruimi material and Foamed cement were confirmed as the filling material after a variety of comparative choices.The results of the compressive strength test and the splitting tensile strength test showed that the materials mentioned were with well mechanical properties,and they could fulfill the requirement of filling mining.

    Based on the analysis of the drawing theory of random media,the random media of the cover was produced by the PFC numerical simulation software.Combined actual situation of open-pit to underground mining in Xingshan iron ore,the main mining technical and economic indicators of the different thickness and composition of particle sizes were calculated.The displacement and velocity of different size particles in the process of mining were researched,and the optimization cover structure was put forward which were of great significance to the improvement of the ore technical and economic indicators.

    Super high-water material filling developed rapidly in recent years as a “under three” filling mining technology.Based on the research of Super high-water material's properties and experience from experiments and applications in several coal mines recent years,segmentation open back-filling mining with super high-water material was proposed for Liudong Coal Mine,whose coal seam distribution is in large angle.By prearranged coal pillar and build partition walls in roadways to form a closed space for the filling operations,the slurry of super high-water material which has a high liquidity can automatically afflux into “goaf” area and condense in a short time in this way,the condensation body and gangue formed a complete structure which could control overlying strata activity and slow down the land subsidence effectively.The results showed that segmentation open back-filling mining technology brought the super high-water material a greater flexibility in complex geological conditions and made it have a wider application.

    In view of the layered occurrence conditions of Changgou manganese deposit,and referring to the long-wall mining idea of coal mine,the single-caving mining method and oblique sublevel concentration coal mining methods are proposed.Compared with the several mining methods,the conclusion is that with the dip angle over 35°,the oblique sublevel concentration coal mining method is effective and with the dip angle less than 35°,the single-caving mining method is practical.The room-pillar method is still useful in special mining condition.The numerical simulations indicate that the long-wall working face with the cyclical footage of 1.6 m can assure safety and high effective production.

    Through the self-developed pipeline testing system,the paper studies the critical conditions of jamming and the method of safety transportation under different velocity,particle size and concentration conditions of the pipeline testing system for coarse grains.The result shows that:①The particle size and concentration of coarse particles have important effects on the safety transportation system.With the increase of particle size and concentration,the critical velocity increased,and when the transportation velocity is greater than the critical velocity,it makes the transportation safe; ②At a certain particle size,the larger the inclination is,the lower critical velocity needed at pipeline jamming for coarse grains; ③In the case of pipe blockage,the critical conditions of the highly-efficient delivery for coarse grains depends on the concentration and velocity.

    In the process of deformation or cracking damage of rock and other media under external force,the elastic energy may release to generate microseismic events.Microseismic monitoring system based on optical fiber sensing technology adopting optical fiber grating acceleration sensors,which is not affected by light intensity in the process of signal transmission,has long distance transmission,intrinsic safety,anti-electromagnetic interference and overcome the shortcomings of traditional electronic microseismic sensors.To verify the system performance,the plane vibration monitoring experimental was carried out,and the least square method was used to achieve microseismic source plane location.Experimental acquired clear waveform,high signal to noise ratio,high damping,the location precision is greatly improved when sensors are arranged around the source.Microseismic source location error isn't decreasing with the increasing of the sampling frequency.This experiment is an important reference for optical fiber sensing microseismic monitoring system used in the rock burst monitoring in coal mine.

    In view of the problem of the stress of the surrounding rock in the tunnel with inclined seam,the numerical model for different inclined angle was established.The stress of surrounding rock under action of ground pressure in the inclined seam was calculated.It was concluded that the concentrate stress was shift to the up corner angle while the angle of seam was between 30° and 40°.And the concentrate stress was shift to the down corner angle while the angle of seam was between 50° and 60°,and it was shift to the up corner of the down part.While the angle of seam was larger than 40°,the asymmetry was clearly and it becomes larger when the angle is larger.The stress of surround rock enlarged linear with the angle.When the angle was between the 10° and 50°,the enlarged factor was between 0.5 and 2.3.When the angle was between 50°and 80°,the factor was about 0.5.To the factor of asymmetry,it was larger when the angle was bigger.When the angle was between 30° and 80°,the factor of asymmetry was about constant and it can be concluded that the stress of surround rock was in the situation of asymmetry under the dynamic pressure.

    Underground coal mining can adversely affect the stability of slopes in subsidence area.In this study,taking the instability failure of a slope in the subsidence area of Laohutai Mine in Fushun,Liaoning province as the example,the dynamic evolutionary process of instability of slopes in subsidence area is analyzed; Based on the three-zone theory,the rock masses in the east open pit slope located at the mining induced subsidence area are divided into four characteristic zones as caving zone,fractured zone,curve subsidence zone,and primary zone.Additionally,the coal mining depths corresponding to the three kinds of critical statuses are respectively calculated.

    In order to research the influence of internal dumping on stability of end-slope in open-pits,the theory of end-slope timeliness and internal dumping with burying slope were analyzed.The displacement of the point in end-slope was studied,and the variation of safety factor with the model which was built by FLAC3D.Profit evaluation was made combining with Yimin open-pit.The results showed that:It reduced the exposure time and increased the safety factor of end-slope with the internal dumping following up,and also it can create respectable economic benefit.

    Based on the analysis foundation of the jointing tension or presses the different condition,used the stress adjustment joint to open,the strain control joint closed criterion separately,had established the double jointing rock slope model which used the ABAQUS software.The rock mass contains two sets of planes of weakness:one vertical set of joints and one set of inclined joints.And the simulation analysis to this jointing rock s slope′s stability has been carried on.Through this method to the jointing rock slope slide process′s simulation,the slope body′s slipping failure plane was obtained intuitively.It proved that the jointing controls the primary factor which the rock slope destroys.It is the important meaning to mderstand slope's destruction which forms mechanism.This criterion can forecast accurately the jointing rock slope latent failure plane′s shape and position,may provide the corresponding theoritical regarding the complex rock slope stability analyses.

    The state of free surface is one of the important factors which influence the blasting effect.Firstly,the major fissure and heel,and karsts cave and soft interlayer phenomenon existing in the free surface in the process of the on-site construction were introduced,and the free surface of different states blasting effect were analyzed.Then according to the different state free surface,the specific measures were put forward,and the field test bench blasting was done.The results showed it feasible to take different measures according to different free surface conditions.After blasting the blocks are uniform and the bedrocks and flying rocks generated were reduced.

    Based on the simulation experiment with similar material,with newly load on the surface increased at goaf with different angle,the variation laws of the extra subsidence on the surface and overlying strata above goaf were researched.The study shows that the extra subsidence of the surface after the newly increased load on the surface exist remarkable difference when the loading place is not simultaneous with relative location of worked- out area.The extra subsidence and inclined deformation on the surface is increasingly large when the location draws near to boundary of worked-out area.With the increase of load,extra subsidence on the surface of goaf increased linearly,and it always is less than one third of maximum subsidence or the 5% of minable coal thickness.The extra subsidence of the goaf with inclined coal seam is more than that with the horizontal coal seam,and the maximum extra subsidence of ground surface usually is on the down-up directions.With the increase of rock strata in depth,extra subsidence decreased linearly.The compaction of unconsolidated layers and the residual subsidence of the caving area are the key factors for the extra subsidence of goaf.

    An amphiprotic collector DA-1 synthesized by Northeastern University was used to float the mixed magnetic concentrate of Qidashan dressing plant in Anshan Iron and Steel Company. The optimal rougher floatation condition is flotation temperature 20℃,pH of pulp 11.5,dosage of DA-1 600 g/t,and dosage of depressor gelatinization starch 600 g/t. At appropriate technical conditions,a closed circuit flotation flowsheet of single-stage roughing,two-stage scavenging,and middles returning was adopted to handle a mixed magnetic concentrate with Fe 42.92%. A concentrate of Fe concentrate grade 67.31% and recovery 87.90% was obtained.

    An iron ore in northwest China contains TFe grade of 35.72% and P 0.77%,and magnetite constitutes 86.62% of the iron ores that disseminates in the form of micro-fine particles.The experiments were carried out by feeding particle of wet pre-concentration for discarding the tailings,stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation for degrading phosphorus in concentrations of low intensity magnetic separation.The results show that wet pre-concentration for discarding the tailings can increase the grade of feed and decrease the dosage for grinding remarkably.The eligible iron concentrates with reasonable grade of Fe and P can not obtained by the process of two-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation.Through the dephosphorization reverse flotation process of one-stage roughing,one-stage cleaning and three-stage scavenging for iron concentrate of the low intensity magnetic separation,the finally iron concentrate of Fe grading at 64.78% and P at 0.139% with Fe recovery of 68.01% was achieved.

    Basedon a low grade complex refractory iron ore, researched the effect indexes and mechanism of pelletizing-direct reduction-grinding and separation technology.Raw ore crashed to less than 4 mm was mixed with 0.5% of organic binder, 10% of water and 20% of reductant coal named M3 for pelletizing under the pressure of 190 kN and then got the pellets of  φ30 mm×20 mm. The pellets were reduced at 1 200 ℃ for 40 min and then the roasting pellet was ground to the size -43 μm 85%, magnetic separation at 88 kA/m under two stage separation. The direct reduction iron with 91.44% iron grade and 90.85% recovery was obtained under this condition. The DRI can be used as superior burden for making steel.

    Based on the research on a certain high-iron manganese ore properties,a process in which anthracite coal was the reducing agent for coal-based direct reduction and magnetic separation of the ore was studied. The results show that 49.53% of the total manganese is closely associated with iron oxide which was reduced to the metal iron leading to the aggregation and growth and MnO was formed in the process. Therefore,it is an efficient method for the separation of MnO and iron for their magnetic difference. Under the optimize conditions of reduction temperatures(1 100 ℃)and duration(100 min),the manganese grade was 63.05% and the content of the iron was only 5.82% in the non-magnetic products in which the recovery of manganese was 78.47% while the iron grade was 56.30% in the magnetic products,and the recovery of iron was 86.20%.

    A deep-extened oxidized refractory lead-zinc ore, from Cangyuan County Yunnan province and in which zinc is in form of hemimorphite,is taken as research object.Technologies such as the direct flotation of Galena with butyl xanthate as collector,sulphidisation-flotation of Galena with butyl xanthate as collector and sulphidisation-flotation of hemimorphite with thiophenol as collector were carried out.Closed-circuit flotation process of floating Zinc after lead flotation,floating sulphide ore before oxidized ore is adopted to treat this ore, and lead concentrate containing 53.93%lead, 13.13% zinc and 1751.90 g/t silver, and zinc concentrate containing 31.82% zinc,2.75%lead, and bulk concentrate of zinc and lead containing33.38%lead, 19.10% zinc and 694.85 g/t silver are obtained at comprehensive recovery of 98% zinc,lead and silver together.

    Gold ore properties and gold distribution characteristics in some gold ore slime by washing the crushed in Shandong Province were introduced.The slime in which gold is significantly concentrated in micro-fine particles was processed with one stage scavenging and one stage cleaning semi-industrial test system with cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column,and stability of the system research was carried out,which obtained an average gold grade of 98.98 g/t,recovery of 88.15% of the gold concentrate,on the average gold grade of 2.21 g/t of slime. The result was obviously better than the index of floatation machine production,which showing cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column has significant advantages in fine particles and micro-fine particles separation.

    The experiment presents the investigation of vanadium-bearing stone coal in hubei province,a comperative study was taken between sulfuric acid leaching and sulfuric acid leaching with leaching agent CX added. The experimental results show that the addition of leaching agent CX can effectively improve the leaching effect of the vanadium,shorten the reaction time for 2 h,reduce the dosage of H2SO4 and reaction temperature and the cost of reaction; In the case of the dosage of CX is 5% of raw ore quality,sulfuric acid concentration is 20%,and the leaching temperature at 90 ℃,leaching time for 4 h ,vanadium leaching rate can amount to 90%,which is 18.74% higher than the condition without the leaching agent.

    According to the study on the geological characteristics and ore-controlling factors of Dongyaozhuang gold deposit in Wutai Mountain,the conclusion can be drawn that the distribution regularity of ore deposit is strictly controlled by regional structures,such as the regional folds,faults and ductile shear zone,with a noticeable ore-controlling feature.The diabase plays an important role in the formation of ore body as well.The enrichment of the ore materials are closely related to the extensive and multi-stage potassium feldspathization.The increasing grade of Au from primary ore,mixed ore to oxidized ore shows that the secondary enrichment is important to improve the Au grade.

    Aiming at the limitation of the inerting technology of sprinkling rock powder,the inactive barrier explosion technology,the automatic barrier explosion technology,this paper presents an idea of the blowback solid barrier explosion device,which can be installed in the roadway,and explains the device's structure and operation principle.And ceramic foam was chosen as solid explosive material barrier.Through the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the simulation analysis on the force for explosive devices is made to get  the impact and variation laws of gas explosion on the devices.It provides a theoretical basis for further improving and optimizing the performance and parameters of the solid barrier explosion device of gas explosion.
    Research of Wireless Sensor Network Construction Method for Mine

    Mine safety has become an important issue to be solved in intelligent mining research.Aiming at practical problems of network poor robustness and the wireless emergency facilities incomplete in mine safety monitoring system,the basic framework and function of the wireless sensor networks is analyzed,and the hybrid network topology structure of wireless and wire,and the perception of the nodes diamond deployment method which ensured the network coverage and connectivity are put forward.Then,network communication protocol and composite transmission technology have been researched,and the project implementation concrete plan of being suitable for mine wireless sensor network was proposed.To some degree,it promoted the mine safety monitoring network performance.

    To improve the production planning and scheduling tools for underground metal mines,and to facilitate the comparison of multi-alternatives,optimize mining operating process,and visualize mining status,the paper presents the logic characterization method of underground metal mining processing,proposes the scheduling and implementation of underground metal ore mining process and the simulation system,and establish the mining scheduling algorithm model with maximizing efficiency and agent-based mining process simulation models,including the state characterization,process control,entity activity and their mutual collaboration etc.Finally,based on the Eclipse development environment,the Java language together with Jade,JFreeChart,and JGraph tools are adopted to develop a system prototype termed as VisUMOP,which laid the foundation for further study on the overall simulation of underground metal mining process and operations.

    A regional positioning detection system based on GIS for the underground locomotive is introduced,which could effectively improve the use of underground locomotive at present.The system mainly includes the locomotive detectors,the testing substations and the host computer,Of which,the locomotive detector is used to measure speed and make alarm once the locomotive is over speed,and sends such information as speed,train number and carriage to the testing substation via wireless transmission technology.The testing substation then uploads the received data to the host PC through the underground ring network.According to the data,and by using the GIS software MapX and VB for development platform,the PC will realize real-time simulation for the underground locomotive operation condition.

    The magnetic induction strength and magnetic force distribution of the metal magnetic lining surface magnetic field and the influence of the magnetic induction on the adsorption layer thickness were analyzed in detail by using the Ansoft finite element software. The research results show that both the magnetic induction strength and the force distribution of the magnetic lining surface have similar shape. It shows that the middle of the two poles is strong as the center of the pole is weak. The relationship between the magnetic field intensity and the range to the magnet blocks surface is e index attenuation. The fitting formula and the data points fitting degree is very good.

    The purity of kaolin powder is decreased due to a lot of introduced other impurities by traditional wet treatment technology and mechanical wear in general ultrafine preparation process. In order to avoid above conditions, the Mianyang Liuneng Powder Equipment's mechanical energy mill (LNI-330A type) was used to prepare ultrafine kaolin powder in this experiment under the condition of dry type. Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimum condition: the classifier speed is 1 087 r/min, the grinding speed of main engine is 120 m/s, the total system air volume is 5 400 m3/h, the secondary air flow of second stage classifier is 465 m3/h, the main stream flow is 3 523 m3/h. Under this condition, the production yield of kaolin powder is 397 kg/h. The analysis of laser particle analyzer and scanning electron microscope shows that the particle size (d50) of kaolin powder is lower than 4 μm, the ordered microstructures and morphology stereotyping of kaolin powder are formed.

    Through the study of the characteristics of water in the plain area of higher underground water and the traditional method's shortcomings in monitoring the water level,in combination with the successful application of CORS in other areas and its unique advantages,moreover that,and based on the method of determining tide on water with GPS,the application of CORS as the method for water level monitoring is proposed finally.The method presented in this paper has been used in the project of water level monitoring of mining subsidence in the plain area of higher underground water in Jiuli area of Xuzhou,showing that the method can meet the requirement of the water level monitoring of mining subsidence with higher underground water level.

    Chute has been widely used as intake structure in the tailings pond with small catchment area.When the water head is low,a chute with flat plate is selected to enlarge its flow capacity,which can solve the flood drainage problem in the tailings pond with low water head.The influence of chute plate type,chute slope,water head and flow states on flow capacity should be considered adequately in the design of chute-culvert(or tunnel)flood drainage system.A case is given to discuss the capacity of the chute flood drainage system.Flat chute-culvert flood drainage system is recommended.

    To study the relationship between the rock burst danger and P-wave velocity,the quantitative relationship of damage and the P-wave velocity was established.Meanwhile,the laboratory experiments on red sandstone under uniaxial loadings were made to verify its correctness.Using the above mentioned relationship,a new method to rock bust danger forecast was presented and the rank of rock burst danger was classified.The corresponding control measures were put forward.When the stress level was low,P-wave velocity rose slowly and the amount of damage was decreased.When the load increased to be 80%~90% of the peak level,P-wave velocity dropped sharply and the amount of damage increased quickly,which predicted the failure was coming.

    A novel crosslinked cellulose-graft-polyacrylamide-co-magnesium xanthate(SCX-g-AM)was synthesized by grafting copolymerization reaction of cellulose,acrylamide,and xanthogenate using epichlorohydrin as crosslinking reagent in aqueous sodium hydroxide. The present study proposed the use of SCX-g-AM in the removal of Cd2+ and Cr3+(initial concentration =10 mg/L)from aqueous mixed metal solutions. Batch adsorption studies ware determined the optimum adsorption conditions: adsorbent dosage is 3.33 g/L,pH value is 7,temperature is 25 ℃ and contact time is 30 min. Under these conditions, the removal of Cd2+ ahd Cr3+ get to above 95%.The results are in line with the normal scond-order kineties model.

    Based on a kind of high sulphur products pressure-leached from zinc by means of sulphur preferential floatation,with interaction of sodium sulfide and OL-IID, as the depressant, and hexametaphosphate, as the despersing agent,carriedout the floatation separation of sulfur from sphalerite.Through the process of single-stage roughing, two-stage scavenging and four-stage cleaning, and eventually, the sulfur and zinc concentration  respectively contain 92.23% of sulfur with 2.45% of zinc, and 73.10% of sulfur with 12.97% of zinc,The Zinc and sulfur get effective separation and recovery compared to current process.

    The sulfur content of a Zinc flotation tailings is 10.13%,the main sulfide is pyrrhotine and pyrite. The test research used magnetic separation-flotation joint flowsheet for sulfur recovery,by one rough and one cleaning floatation low intensity magnetic separation,got magnetic separation sulfur concentrate with S grade of 35.59%,recovery of 64.82% and flotation sulfur concentrate with S grade of 31.09%,recovery of 23.42%,merging the sulfur concentrate,the S grade is 34.27%, recovery is 88.24%.

    The research on coal-based reduction roasting-magnetic separation mineral processing is carried out on the basis of chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis of the cyanidation slag. The effects of experimental conditions,such as the type and quality of reductant,roasting temperature and time were investigated. The results show that bituminous coal as the reductant was not only less than lignite,but better test indicator. When the slag was roasted at 750 ℃ for 60 min,followed by grinding to the fineness of -0.074 mm 90% and two-stage magnetic separation with the magnetic intensity of 149.6 kA/m,70.80% of the iron in the slag reduced by 18% bituminous coal was recovered as the product with 60% iron.

    79% granulated high furnace slag and 15% steel slag and 5% flue gas desulphurization ( FGD ) gypsum was mixed with 1% cement clinker to produce a cementitious material.The ordinary portland cement can be totally substituted by such a mixed cementitious material with iron and steel slags as its major components in preparing the concrete for building high-strength artificial reefs.A concrete with a compressive strengh of 61 MPa can be prepared by using such a mixture as a cementitious material and steel slag grains as its fine and coarse aggregats which have been stubilized by a hot-simmering method. The cement clinker content of the concrete was 0.16%, and solid waste ratio reached over 99%. Hydration processes of net slurry were analysized by XRD and SEM methods.The results show that the early hydration products in the system are mainly AFt and C-S-H gel.The strength growth is mainly contributed by these two phases.
