    Intense vibration induced by deep-hole blasting in stope has a great effect on the stability of the open-pit slope. In order to reduce the negative effects of blasting vibration, it must take the necessary measures and pay enough attention to the stability of open-pit slope in opencast blasting. Research on the blasting earthquake theory, the stability of Sijiaying mining area open-pit slope has analyzed. Meanwhile, it references some blasting vibration of drop earthquake experience at home and abroad, Sijiaying mining area blasting drop earthquake of method has summary and exploration. It takes interval loaded drug, slag blasting, delay blasting, and other blasting drop vibration measures. Combined with Sijiaying mining area site situation, it gives future improved way of depress blasting earthquake.

    Take the Large-diameter Bunch Deephole Blasting in Dongguashan Copper Mine as an example, different explosive lengths in each hole were simulated. The results show that shock pressure increasing rapidly and the shock wave propagates outside in the form of cylindrical wave at the very beginning of blasting. The blasting load acting on rock in the smash district reach a high value in a short time after the initiation, which leads to the drastic failure of compression. The comparison with the results from parallel long-hole blasting simulation shows that bunch deephole blasting technique will make a much higher maximum stress whose happening time is earlier.  So with the same charge weight, blasting effect of the large-diameter bunch deephole blasting will be better.

    The mining process of -170 m middle section was simulated by FLAC3D, and it calculated the stress and strain of the ore pillars and roof, and the subsidence of open slope. In the process of simulation, the stability of the ore block was analyzed by tailing after the displacement of roof midpoint and the max unbalance force. The numerical results show that the displacement of the ore midpoint is in allowing range and the max unbalance force ultimately tends to 0, which verifies that the method of drift cut-and-fill stoping is safe and the best mining sequence is determined. It brings a simple and efficient technical support to recover hanging-wall ore safely on complicated geological condition, while protecting the village and farmland.

    Smoothing blasting effect on slope of discontinuities up-righting to level, bedded slope and anti-dip slope was analyzed. It easily formed zig-zag slope after blasting of slope of discontinuities up-righting to level, and blasting effect is improved through more borehole and much less charge. It easily formed landslide after bedded slope blasting, and breakage effect of the reserved slope rock is depressed through reinforcement slope in pre-blasting and smoothing blasting of air-space charging. It easily formed over-excavation after blasting of anti-dip slope, and blasting effect is improved through depressing slope angle and blasting of air-space charging. For improving the slope blasting effect, it has some reference values.

    Based on the measured pulling force/deformation of anchorage agent bolt, the step function is obtained by fit its mechanics characteristic curve. The pulling force of the anchorage agent bolt approaches average maximum value after supporting ten days, and the deforming capacity increases first, and then decreases over time. According to the measured mechanics characteristic curves of the anchorage agent bolt and typical tunnel deformation characteristic curves, the safety factor method is presented to evaluate the effect of tunnel supporting design, which provides an important basis for optimal design.

    It was proved that the new-high-moisture-material is perfect packing material beside roadway because of its early strength,easy pump-ability,good goaf-tightness,etc. Due to various reasons,the new high-moisture-material backfilling system sometimes goes wrong. Its fault decreases the backfilling efficiency. Based on the actual failure data of Qiuji mine backfilling system,research and analyze the reliability of the backfilling system by using the fault tree analysis(FTA).The results show that the reliability of the system is 0.9235,and it can maintain the production requirement. Preventing mis-operation and regularly maintaining the equipment are the effective ways of improving the reliability of the system.

    The failed section of the auxiliary vertical shaft ingate in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine was very deep. Surrounding rock mass were high stressed, swelling and jointed compound soft rock. In order to repair the failed ingate, according to the geological conditions and failed conditions, the deformation failure mechanism was analysis. The repair and control plan were set up, and the failed section of the ingate was successfully repaired and controlled. Composite support structure means of the anchor (cable) spray +retractable steel U bracket + secondary support of stone and concrete reinforced concrete + full-face bolting reinforcement + corner anchor beam under complicated geological condition are obtained. The supporting scheme was established and numerical simulation by FLAC3D, and the analysis results show that the supporting scheme is rational.

    With exploitation of the deep ore body, the frequency of roof collapse and rib fall ascends. In order to solve this problem, the excavation process of the deep mine was simulated using FLAC3D. The stress field and displacement field were analyzed. The numerical results show that the horizon displacement is resulted by the vertical stress, and the vertical displacement is resulted by the horizon stress. It provides theory basis for the tunnel supporting design.

    Weak interlayer or weak structural surface will cause creep deformation and damage because they exist in the open pit, and this will threaten the open-pit slope stability. The destruction of the slope with the form of soft interlayer through its failure mechanism was discussed. According to the studies of mining case, the model of open-pit slope with the weak interlayer was established using ANSYS software. Through the analysis of effective data and the observation of test results,it can determine its stability. The weak interlayer has a great influence on slope stability.

    Structure surface is an important factor in controlling rock property. In order to improve the rock properties of physical and mechanical, grouting technique is often applied in engineering. The structure surface of JRC-JCS model was studied. Based on it, comparison study was carried out before and after grouting of the rock structure on the surface. Studies show that JRC of surface structure greater increase than natural after the end of grouting. While the growth trend changes with the change of normal stress. After grouting the stiffness and shear strength of structure surface is improved, and the stiffness improvement is more apparent. The research results further prove that strength of fractured rock increase after grouting

    Take the working slope of Antaibao open-pit mine as an engineering background, the evolution law of global stability of surface mine working slope affected by toe of slope disturbance is simulated by FLAC3D. The results show that compressive stress of surface mine working slope after affected by toe of slope disturbance is showed gradually decreased on direction of X and Z, and tension stress zone appeared in local zone on direction of X; the effect of uniform toe of slope disturbance on global stability of working slope is showed nonlinear; the property of tensile strain is showed on direction of X in surface mine working slope, and tensile strain will increase as the increase of toe of slope disturbance; compressive strain is mainly on direction of Z, but tensile strain will appear in local zone of toe of slope on direction of Z, too . Slip deformation is most easily to occur in the tensile strain area of toe of slope.

    Bailingshan iron mine in Shanshan county,Xinjiang is gently inclined thin ore body and can be recovered with the shallow hole room-pillar mining method.When the large and thick ore-body appears in local places,it is difficult to recover the top ore-body.In order to solve contradiction between the scraping and stoping,this paper improved mining method,by intergrading room-pillar method and shallow hole shrinkage,which successfully resolve series of problems such as local ore bodies' stopping,stope safety,pedestrian,ventilation and transport so on.The loss rate and the dilution rate reach 11.58% and 5.1% respectively.It provides experiences for the similar ore body stoping.

    According to unstable roof, high grade and high value of difficult mining body, a copper mine in southern of Anhui improved the filling technology and optimized the mining technology parameter. The mining recovery rate improved from original of 75% to now of 95%, and support cost of mining stope also decreased from original of 25 Yuan/t to now of 22 Yuan/t. It has achieved good economic benefits.

    A low-grade oxidized copper ore, with high oxidation ratio and high combination ratio and serious weathering, can not effectively been separated by the conventional sulphidizing flotation process. Therefore, water-heating sulphidization flotation process was adopted to deal with the oxidized copper ore. That is S-2 by disproportionation reaction of sulfur in autoclave, will transform oxidized copper ore into copper sulfide, and then the product, copper sulfide minerals,were separated by the conventional flotation process. Experimental results indicate that the optimal conditions for water-heating sulphidizing process are determined as follows: reaction temperature 200 ℃,reaction time 180 min, particle size 90% -0.074 mm, vulcanizing agent dosage 1.4 times to the theoretical dosage, liquid-solid ratio was 1.4. Compared with the conventional sulphidizing flotation with Na2S, the grade and recovery rate of copper concentrate obtained in these conditions were 15.73% and 71.49%, and increased by 4.28 and 38.73 percentage points,respectively.

    In order to provide the basis for Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulphide ore in Qibaoshan Jiangxi province further optimized renovation, the high-effective collector LP-01 was selected as Cu collector and LP-11 as Pb collector, which were self-developed by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, and butyl xanthate for Zn, the mixed reagent of ZnSO4 and Na2SO3 as Pb and Zn depressor. A better separation index was obtained through the selective floatation test of Cu-Pb-Zn, Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 19.84% and recovery of 60.25%, Pb concentrate with Pb grade of 72.34% and recovery of 73.04% and Zn concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 50.55% and 88.46% respectively. Each of Cu, Pb, Zn gets the successful recovery.

    In order to optimize the effect of flotation separation for associated Mo-Cu-Bi sulfide ore of Xing Luokeng Tungsten ore, “Mo preferential flotation, Cu-Bi separation after bulk flotation for Mo tailings, recovering Bi by leaching Bi rough concentrate” technological process was adopted and a better experimental index was obtained. The results of closed-circuit test show that Mo concentrate with Mo grade of 45.37% and recovery of 90.46%; Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 23.01% and recovery of 91.03%; Bi concentrate with Bi grade of 62.37% and recovery of 60.09% are obtained. In Comparison with the original process, the recovery of Mo, Cu and Bi is respectively improved above 4 precentate points, 8 precentate points and 52 precentate points.

    A gold concentrate is very difficult to be cyanide leached out because of the fine disseminated grain size and wrapped by sulfide of gold mineral. So taking the hydrogen peroxide as oxidizer, carried out the oxidation pretreatment to the gold concentrate and determined the suitable conditions: grinding fineness at -48 μm 90%, pulp density at 40 g/L, stirring speed at 200 r/min, reaction temperature at 50 ℃, dosage of sulphuric acid at 0.7 mol/L, dosage of hydrogen peroxide at 0.3 mol/L, reaction time at 8 h. After oxidation pretreatment to gold concentrate, the leaching rate of cyanide leached gold increases from 51.6% to 78.3%.

    According to the property of the mineral, the phosphate ore containing rare earth from Zhijin, some researches were done by the reverse flotation of one roughing and one cleaning using home made collector AB which is aim at gangue like dolomite. The results show that at these optimal conditions of 82.83% -0.075 mm grinding size, 350 g/t and 100 g/t AB as collector each in roughing and cleaning, 12 kg/t and 2 kg/t phosphoric aid as depressor each in roughing and cleaning, a phosphorous concentrate with the grade of P2O5 for 31.20%, content of MgO for 1.07%, RE2O3 for 0.133% and recovery rate of P2O5 for 84.62%, RE2O3 for 92.98% can be obtained. It provides a economic and feasible way for comprehensive utilization of this kind of phosphate and its associated rare earth.

    Aiming at a low-grade kyanite ore from Shuyang, under the basement of conditions tests, compared the effect of two kinds flowsheet as grinding-desliming-high gradient magnetic separation then acid flotation and grinding-desliming-acid flotation then high gradient magnetic separation. Finally determined to adopt the flowsheet of grinding-desliming-high gradient magnetic separation then acid flotation, got the kyanite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 55.46% and the recovery of 81.24%. It can provide a technical basis for the developing of the kyanite resource.

    Carried out the calcified roasting test to vanadium slag from pangang, investigated the influencing factors to roasting effect including the vanadium slag granularity, ratio of calcium to vanadium, roasting temperature, roasting time, and thermal analysis to the roasting process. The results show that: under the conditions of the granularity of vanadium slag at -140 mesh, the ratio of calcium to vanadium at 0.62, roasting temperature at 900 ℃,roasting for 150 min, the effect of calcified roasting is better, and the leaching rate of vanadium can reach to above 91%; the process of calcified roasting is oxygenolysis of vanadium slag first, and then direction action with calcium carbonate at 680 ℃ to produce Ca-containing vanadates.

    Combination characteristics of geochemical elements in the known gold ore field and tin ore field are analyzed by means of C-means which takes the geochemical elements as data objects and the sample analysis results as attribute values. The results indicate that C-means clustering algorithm can discover the combination characteristics of geochemical elements objectively and effectively in the given ore fields. At the same time, the combination characteristics of geochemical elements in a geochemical sampling area which is located in a polymetallic metallogenic belt is analyzed. Based on the analyzing result we can deduce that the geochemical sampling area is a target region which is related with gold, silver and polymetallic resources.

    Based on detailed geologic observation and core logging, develop some comparative study for Nuri and other porphyry ore deposits (Jiama deposit, Qulong deposit, Bangpu deposit and Sharang deposit) on the features of hornfels, fractures and veins in hornfels and the features of mineralization and so on.     The paper employed a novel method based on NystrÖm algorithm to realize dimensionality reduction of hyperspectral remote sensing image. First, part of the samples was extracted randomly to form sub kernel matrix whose eigenvectors were computed. Then the process above was iterated to compute the new kernel and update the eigenvectors. Finally the image after dimensionality reduction was produced with the last eigenvectors. This method was prepared with KPCA in time consumption, the quantity of extraction feature information and classification effect with datasets OMIS and ROSIS employed. Experimental results show that with contrast to KPCA, SKPCA (Simplified KPCA) had comparative performance in feature extraction and classification effects but apparently higher computing speed.

    In order to improve the productive efficiency precision management level, the modern open-pit mine has higher requirements for data communication system, so the traditional wireless communication system can not meet the needs of open-pit mine production. With the characteristics of high capability, fast data rate, wide coverage, low costs, multi function, network self-organization and so on, the communication system based on Wireless Mesh Networks has clear superiority compared to traditional wireless networks. The performance contrast analysis between Wireless Mesh Networks and Wireless Local Area Networks(WLAN) shows that the communication system based on Wireless Mesh Networks has broad applications in open-pit mine.

    Accurately understanding the development process of tailings dam break due to overtopping is the basis for simulating the shape evolution and calculating the discharged tailing flow, which is to carry on the routing of tailing flow, risk analysis and developing emergency plans. Due to lack of accurate and complete instance data for dam-break, it is incomplete to understand development mechanism of dam-break, so it is impossible to accurately describe the development process of dam-break erosion and research on dam-break is still in semi-theoretical or semi-empirical status. Two basic theories to study the dam-surface erosion after overtopping and mechanism of dam break due to overtopping were used. Based on the research and analysis of the destruction process of earth-rock dam break due to overtopping and combined with tailing dam its own characteristics and related theories, the destruction process of tailing dam break due to overtopping was proposed.

    In this paper, aiming at the mining of the portal and industrial area pillars, the author decided to adopt the paste backfilling with slicing descending mining method and figured out that the allowable subsiding ratio is 0.15. Based on this mining method, the portal deformation prediction was conducted. As a consequence, the conclusion was that the portal would subside and the stretching deformation could become greater with the working face advancing towards the portal. What's more, the portal deformation would become stable when the working face was approximately 50m in the front of the portal. Addition to that, protecting measures were chosen on the basis of the predicting results.

    Stability conditions around mined-out areas that exist in an underground mine have a great influence on the safety, production and economic performance of the mine. The effect of mined-out areas and a natural cavity on the deformation, stress, failure zone and stability around the mined-out areas and the cavity located in a metal mine mass at the three-dimensional (3D) level were studied. The information available on stratigraphy, geological structures, mined-out areas, a natural cavity, in-situ stress measurements and geo-mechanical properties of intact rock and discontinuity interfaces have been used to build a 3D numerical model using 3DEC. The stress and deformation conditions around the mined-out areas and the cavity in the metal mine rock mass were simulated. Finite size discontinuities and fairly complex 3D geology have been simulated. 3D stress analyses have been conducted under several possible material property values to study the effect of material properties on the deformation, failure zones and stability. The results show the areas which can have tensile or shear failures and also high deformations. On the basis of measured with the AGI, 3DEC numerical simulation is used, by the comparison predicting the results with the actual settlement conditions, applicability of 3DEC system in the mining subsidence prediction has been verification, it proves that mining subsidence can be better reflected the actual situation.

    Taking clinoptilotite in Xinjiang as adsorbent, carried out the adsorption and desorption tests to the simulated radioactive waste water containing Cs+ prepared by CsNO3, then discussed the isothermal absorption model and desorption dynamic behavior. The results show:clinoptilolite on removal rate of clinoptilolite to Cs+ reaches equilibrium after 16 h, the saturated dosage adsorption is at 196.99 mg/g, the isothermal absorption model is Langmuir moel; under the dosage of Clinoptilotite at 10 g/L, in order to insure the removal rate of Cs+ above 97%, the concentration of Cs+ in water must be less than 664.55 mg/L; the desorption dynamic behavior of clinoptilotite to Cs+ is suit to the description of index model, and it will take 99 d to fully desorb the saturated adsorption Cs+ in theoretically which proves the solid ability of clinoptilotite to Cs+.

    In order to recover silver from zinc leaching residue which produced by a zinc hydrometallurgy factory in Inner Mongolia, did some tests with flotation method. The results show that, because of the fine disseminated silver mineral in zinc leaching residue, the recovery rate is low with conventional flotation but can be remarkably better by carrier flotation. Taking -0.037 mm organic matter AC-0 as carrier, lime for pH adjustment agent, odium sulfide as activating agent, ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate and isopropyl ethylthionocarbamate as collectors, finally get the grade of 8 670 g/t silver concentrate with the recovery rate of 61.67% through the closed circuit test of one roughing, one cleaning, and one scavenging system.

    Slag of copper-smelting converter from a copper smelting works contains copper grade 4.60%, which is a kind of secondary resources with high economical value. Carried out the test of recovering copper from slag of copper-smelting converter, taking thionocarbamate as collector, in condition of grinding fineness at -0.075 mm 90%, after one roughing, three cleaning and two scavenging flotation process, got the copper concentrate grade of 32.46% and recovery of 89.75%.
