Abstract: The impact factors of economic effects for mine construction project have become very complex under the sustainable development. Based on the risk element identification, risk analysis mode in economic evaluation for mine construction project by using risk element transmission principle was built. This mode could effectively analysis economic effects of the project in the influence of risks transmission. Thus it could offset the inadequate of risk analysis in economic evaluation for current projects, and provides some consultation for correct decision of coal construction project.
