Numerical Simulation About the Influence of Magnetic Field Strength of Magnetic Lining on the Layer Thickness

Abstract: The magnetic induction strength and magnetic force distribution of the metal magnetic lining surface magnetic field and the influence of the magnetic induction on the adsorption layer thickness were analyzed in detail by using the Ansoft finite element software. The research results show that both the magnetic induction strength and the force distribution of the magnetic lining surface have similar shape. It shows that the middle of the two poles is strong as the center of the pole is weak. The relationship between the magnetic field intensity and the range to the magnet blocks surface is e index attenuation. The fitting formula and the data points fitting degree is very good.
