Study on the New Flotation Technology for Cu-Pb-Zn Polymetallic Sulphide Ore in Qibaoshan

Abstract: In order to provide the basis for Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulphide ore in Qibaoshan Jiangxi province further optimized renovation, the high-effective collector LP-01 was selected as Cu collector and LP-11 as Pb collector, which were self-developed by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, and butyl xanthate for Zn, the mixed reagent of ZnSO4 and Na2SO3 as Pb and Zn depressor. A better separation index was obtained through the selective floatation test of Cu-Pb-Zn, Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 19.84% and recovery of 60.25%, Pb concentrate with Pb grade of 72.34% and recovery of 73.04% and Zn concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 50.55% and 88.46% respectively. Each of Cu, Pb, Zn gets the successful recovery.
