Abstract: Open-pit mine truck dispatching system combines the advantages of Global Positioning System (GPS) and Geographic Information System (GIS)，and GIS information is mainly related to topography，road network，the key points,etc. The characteristics of the information are quickly changed by production，need to pass to and share by the mobile terminal wireless network，and require the simple functions. There is a systematic classification of GIS information about dispatching system for efficiency and quality to meet the system requirements and put forward the method of mine GIS dynamic property management according to the different categories to simplify the use of different means.
