Abstract: The 3D Laser Scanning Measurement System for Mining with independent intellectual property rights is put forward. The principle of laser range finding is analyzed，and the system structure and the methods of protection lens are designed. The comprehensive communication method is studied and the control software is developed，and its motion control，data communication，PC display，3d reconstruction and other functions are proposed. The results indicate that the system can measure 3d shape of cavity accurately and calculate related parameters，thus providing the technical support for cavity evaluation and comprehensive management.
