    The GFRP Bolt Support Test in Jinshandian Iron Mine and the Existing Problem

    The ore and rock mass of Jinshandian Iron Mine is very cracked,the metal bolts supported failure is serious because of corrosion,So the problem of development working failure is serious. Because of the good characteristics of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) anchor,the paper study of using GFRP bolt supporting to replace screw-thread steel bolt supporting. The paper analyzed the supporting effect of screw thread steel anchor and GFRP anchor under the mining condition based on numerical analysis. The numerical analysis show that using GFRP anchor supporting can effectively change the neutral point position,and can improve the stress distribution characteristics of cable grout,thereby the bolt capacity of resistance to tunnel deformation is improved. Based on the GFRP bolt supporting industrial test and monitoring,the paper analysis the testing tunnels convergence deformation and discusses the GFRP bolt supporting problems in Jinshandian Iron Mine. Experiments show that using GFRP bolt or screw thread steel anchor supporting can achieve the same effect in controlling the deformation of tunnel,but the tail of GFRP bolt destroyed easily under blasting shock effect,and the nut easily shedding under the large tunnel deformation effect. So the GFRP bolt can not continue to provide effective extrusion pressure and the metal net fall off until the entire bolt failure.

    Based on 71# ore-body in 940~965 m level in Shifengshan Copper Mine,the sub-level stoping method with sill pillars was adopted for the gently inclined to inclined and medium thick ore-body through the related analysis and feasibility demonstration. The sub-level mining of difficult-to-mine ore-body was carried out under the premise of the sill pillars structure remaining unchanged. The stope structure parameters were optimized according to the mining conditions and the occurrence of the ore-body. The test research results indicated that the ore dilution was decreased,the stope production capacity was increased,the processing grade was improved,the mining operation cost was reduced,and so that the mine resources were made full use of.

    Taken a rock slope of an open-pit mine as an project background, the stress evolution and the law of deformation on the excavation direction of rock slope during the excavation process was simulated by FLAC3D. The result shows that the stability of hanging slope in the mining is poorer, each step of rock mass excavation are destructive disturbance. It is likely that the destruction along the steps occurs and the overall stability loses, putting forward the programs of cutting slope and reducing load slope, and using the limit equilibrium method to analysis of slope stability after management to ensure the safety of open-pit mine production.

    For safety mining orebody under the complex environment of tectonic stress and river plate, according to mine design framework, the site monitoring and numerical method were used to study movement and destruction response characteristics of goaf roof rock, which is filled in the ways of dry stowing and gray sand ratio 1∶4 cementation. The results show that comparing the effectiveness of controlling the goaf roof rock to move and destroy with the gray sand ratio 1∶4 cemented filling mining process, the damage characteristic values that are caused by dry-fill mining process, such as sinking deformation value, principal stress difference, plastic zone and so on are significantly larger, and the goaf roof rock suffered shear failure many times, the fracture zones run through the river plate, so it can't ensure the mine produce safely and successfully.

    A new concept,single fracture intrinsic permeability,was put forward through transforming cubic law expression. Then the equivalent intrinsic permeability of the series fractures and the parallel fractures was respectively discussed. The series-parallel model for forecasting permeability of fractured rock mass was presented based on the series-parallel relationship between fractures.  And,firstly,the concept of intrinsic permeability of fractured rock mass was put forward. In the paper,the series-parallel model and UDEC were respectively used to analyze a simple fracture network and the results were the same. The two theories are inversed in analyzing problems. However,the equivalent intrinsic permeability of fracture rock mass proposed by the series-parallel model can make it easier in practical application. The theory in the paper is also the basis for forecasting the coal mine water-bursting.

    Xinyan landslide caused by the new filling embankment,is a kind of partly superficial slide that is recently developed from a large ancient slide. The landslide soil has typical expansive property through mineral composition test and dilatability test on the landslide. This article analyzes the specific characteristics of the expansive soil from the slide shape,slide soil property and landslide deformation,and the genetic type of landslide is analyzed from four aspects of expansive soil,artificial filling,space of lateral deformation and water effect. This provided scientific proof for the supporting structure design of the landslide and played an extremely significant role in deeply studying and treating other expansive soil landslides in this region.

    This paper focus on 20 meters coal pillars between working face upper 250205 tail entry and working face upper 250204 in mining area 2502 of Yanbei Coal Mine which will induce the danger of rock burst and roadway tunneling and maintaining difficulties. The simulation is made to analyze stress cloud images and bearing pressure curve before and after pressure relief with different coal pillar size. Finally,the roadway layout of working face 250204 and the rational coal pillar size are confirmed,realizing the safety of roadway tunneling,which offer a reference for the layout of mining area and the arrangement of coal pillar in the future.

Based on this,several groups of multi-dimensional prediction analysis on the uranium extraction rate are made by using an new local forecasting method.     Although the 1312 face in Zhangcun Mine took place intermittent water flush during mining, the height of water fractured zone don't develop to aquifer by empirical formulae. By analyzing hydrogeology conditions from the direct roof of 1312 face in Zhangcun Mine and using RFPA and actual detection to study the law of fractured full-mechanized Caving mining. Results shows that: ①According to the empirical formulae, the max height of water fractured zone is 45~58 m, which is greatly different from the RFPA result (95 m), and the major cause of the higher height of coal-series strata is the thin inferior key strata in direct roof as well as distance to 3 seam less than 58 m; ②The height of water fractured zone is about 96 m by actual detection , which is agreement with RFPA result; ③The spatial position of key-stratum and aquifer determine discontinuous water inrush and lag water inrush will happen in working face.

    Civil and Environmental Engineering Institute,University of Science and Technology Beijing The Serratia spp strain USTB-1 is obtained from the soil of Sijiaying Iron Mine in Luanxian, Hebei Province. Possibility and effect of the strain as flotation collector for hematite was investigated in the flotation tests on pure hematite by means of microscopy observation and the infrared spectroscopy analysis, and Zeta potential analyzer. The results showed that the bacterium was nearly spherical brevibacterium. Both non-polar and polar groups were detected on the cell surface, showing as negative charge, so it can be acted as collector for hematite. Under the conditions of solution pH 6 and cell concentration of 60 mg/L USTB-1, -30 μm hematite forms as large hydrophobic flocculation group so that the recovery of 80.48% for pure hematite was obtained.

    In order to provide basic information to the in-depth study on the efficient beneficiation of oxidized ores from Yuanjiacun Iron Mine, research tests of beneficiation practicability for three main oxidized ores including quartz-type oxide ore, quartz-specularite oxide ore, and amphibole oxide ore were made. The results showed that: the quartz and the quartz-specularite oxide ores have a relative good optional condition. Under the final grinding fineness of  85% -0.037 mm, iron concentrate with Fe grade of 65.65% and 65.23% and Fe recovery of 78.03% and 79.45% were obtained respectively by the stage grinding process of low-intensity magnetic separation-high gradient high intensity magnetic separation-anionic reverse flotation. However, the amphibole oxide ore shows a poor performance in separation, and is difficult to be concentrated by the traditional physical beneficiation methods. And it requires to carrying out the study of the magnetic roasting or deep reduction method.

    The major iron mineral of a iron ore is magnetite and associated with a spot of chalcopyrite and pyrite which can be comprehensive recovered. In order to serve the feasible research and design considerations for developing the mine,carried out four kinds of processes as:discadrding -75 mm tailings via dry magnetic separation-stage grinding and dressing by floatation then magnetic separation or magnetic separation then floatation,stage grinding and dressing by directly floatation then magnetic separation or magnetic separation then floatation to raw ore. According to the test results,commend the process of discadrding -75 mm tailings via dry magnetic separation-stage grinding and dressing by magnetic separation then floatation. This kind process can advancely discard the 21.04% yield of waste-rock and finally get the iron concentrate with iron grade 66.10%,iron recovery 83.48%,content of sulfur 0.26%,copper concentrate with copper grade 15.04%,copper recovery 63.27%,and sulfur concentrate with sulfur frade 45.51%,sulfur recovery 72.89%.

    For the complex technological flowsheet for the recovery of the wolframite of Shizhuyuan polymetallic ore,the lower grade wolframite concentrates,the process of cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column is adopted on-site to make the semi-industiral column flotatin tests of wolframite ore. The test results showed that the wolframite concentrates containing WO3 of 44.39% and recovery rate of 86.82% are obtained through the closed-circuit of one stage roughing and two stage cleanings by using three cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation columns. Compared with closed-circuit of one stage roughing five stage cleanings and three stage scavengings by using the flotation machines,the wolframite concentrates containing WO3 increased 11.45 percentage,and the recovery increased 3.52 percentage,meanwhile three roughings and three cleaings were cut.

    Taking the tailings of column magnetic separator of two-stage grinding cycle load in Banshi Dressing Plant of Tongsteel as samples, the re-concentration experiments by the centrifuge separator was carried out under different operating parameters in the laboratory. The results show with the drum rotation speed of 400 r/min, water spry volume of 3 L/min and slurry density of 8%, the concentrate with grade of 66.98% and recovery of 81.11% was achieved. It is therefore concluded that the centrifugal separator is efficient in re-concentrating the tailings. It can not only gets some parts of pure magnetite and rich aggregate in advance, but also decreasing the two-stage grinding cycle load to avoid the overgrinding of iron minerals, therefore the goal of increasing the metal recovery rate is achieved.

    Wunugetushan copper-molybdenum mine which located on highlatitudes and low temperature area is a large low grade and polymetallic mine. In its design and construction, Wunugetushan copper-molybdenum mine uses the domestic large-scale equipment, including φ8.8 m×4.8 m sem-autogeneous mill, φ6.2 m×9.5 m ball mill, 160 m3 flotation cell, and adopts new process and new technology of SABC crushing and grinding flowsheet(Semi-autogeneous mill+Ball mill+Crusher), the tailing paste disposal technology and city reclaimed water for supplementary water.     In order to provide basic data for the recovery of oxidized copper ore from Ⅴ ore body in Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet, the process mineralogy was studied by means of chemical composition analysis, phase analysis, optical microscopy analysis and SEM-EDS analysis. The results showed that the ore has a feature of “one-complex three-high one-fine”, showing as complex copper occurrence, high content of limonite, high content of easily-mudding gangue and easily-floating calcite, high content of pyrite, and fine-disseminated useful minerals. It is extremely difficult to concentrate the ores. Therefore, in order to make better use of the copper resources, the combined process should be adopted, and some interference measures be taken in the process, such as fine grinding, removing limonite etc.

    The research is conducted with the problem of extracting ground fissure information in mining area. The UAV and TM images are used as data sources. Through the extraction of texture feature,linear characteristics,fractal dimension,the NDVI values and spectral features,and using the ERDAS software,a knowledge model is built,and the distribution graphs about ground fissure information is successfully extracted.     On the basis of long-term fieldwork,summarized the types of iron deposits in Qinglong,the output characteristics and brief geogenesis of banded iron formations(BIFs). It is considered that the main types of Qinglong deposits are BIFs,skarn deposit and a small amount of magmatic rocks. The BIFs mainly occurred in Archean metamorphic formations including Qianxi,Luanxian and Zhuzhangzi rock groups. Magnetite quartzite as the main iron ore,is output in layered or lentoid structure. The iron deposit geogenesis of BIFs is closely related to submarine volcanic eruption,and the banded ferro and siliceous rhythmic strata stand for the periodic cycles of submarine exhalation. Microorganisms have participated in the deposition of BIFs.

    According to the requirements of the tailings filling technology and the process features,the design scheme of the automatic control system with tailings filling is put forward,and the system's configuration,function and control method  are introduced. The application in many enterprises indicated that the system has features of full function,stable and reliable running,rational equipment type selection,and simple and convenient operation. Also,the process parameters such as the concentration of cementing tailings and the cement-sand ratio can be accurately controlled,which ensures the continuity and stability in filling operation,and largely improves the efficiency of filling.

All data are treated to make a centralized figure-number integrated management and the organic integration by data visualization tools and database technology,thus realizing visualization from the basic data of the mine survey to the underground production management and production scheduling.

    Based on the analysis of some problems in the common pinched sluice, the new arc bottom pinched sluice is produced by changing the methods of cutting minerals as opening wide mouth in bottom for heavy minerals, and changing the shape of the pinched sluice bottom as curved surface. With use of the common pinched sluice and the new arc bottom pinched sluice, the one-stage coarse contrast experiments on a Sichuan ilmenite ore sample are made. The tests results indicated that the ilmenite concentrate recovery of arc bottom pinched sluice is higher 11.22% than that of common pinched sluice when ilmenite concentrate grade of them is similar, so the separation effect is improved markedly.

    The study analyzed the ventilation characteristics and problems of the Old Plant Branch of Yunnan Tin Group. Combining with the mine ventilation theory,by drawing the network diagram and the calculation of ventilation network,the multi-fan multi-station ventilation way is adopted. And the operating situation of all levels of station are compared and analyzed. Then,the paper put forward a ventilation system constructing scheme for the three new mining areas according to the principles of security,stability,technical feasibility and economical rationality. Through the analysis and comparison of the related parameters,such as ventilation lines,fan selection,installation position,quantity of air in-outlet and mining area,and the ventilation cost,the optimal scheme which was in line with the practical production was determined.

    This paper briefly describes the connotation and the extension of three key issues in the revision process of Safety Standards for Blasting Vibration,including the safety criterion for velocity-frequency two-factor of blasting vibration,the selection of particle velocity and acceleration,and the selection of single-component and three-component vector sum. Among them,the safety criterion for velocity -frequency two-factor of blasting vibration has reached a consensus in the developed countries,and has already been used in blasting safety regulations (GB 6722-2003). Most countries adopt blasting vibration safety standards based on velocity,but in some special industries,such as China′s nuclear power industry,acceleration is used as criteria. For the selection of single-component and vector sum,the three component vector sum peak particle velocity (actual max) is most consistent with reality. Based on a large number of in-depth and comprehensive comparative studies of related national and international documents,it is recommended that the vector sum peak particle velocity (actual max) be selected as guidance levels for blasting vibration standards.

    Pneumatic transport technology played an efficient role in production and development in various industries. It's important to use and promote this technology reasonably. In view of the dust recovery from the crushing area's dust collector in Barun Company,the paper introduces the application process system of pneumatic transport,operation model and the utilization of recycled dust. And then,the corresponding technology problems are discussed. The practice indicates that pneumatic transport can effectively realize the long-distance transport with no pollution,which is good for reuse of recycled dust. Thus it created benefits and also showed a direction for further development. 

    In order to provide theoretical guidance to the disposal of the out-of-service uranium mines, soil samples near a uranium mine that are unaffected by mining were collected and extracted microorganisms. The leaching solution obtained by diluting and adjusting pH values of uranium ore was used to simulate the acid leaching seepage of uranium solid waste, and the influence of the microorganisms to migration of U (Ⅵ) , Fe and Mn Ions was investigated by the dynamic adsorption-desorption experiment of the soil column. The results showed that: with microbial synergy, the adsorption amount of the three kinds of ion increased by 99.7%, 75.2% and 48.6%, respectively, comparing that without microbial synergy. Meanwhile, the desorption rate of the three kinds of ions in microbial soil reduced by 20.4%, 0.4% and 41.0% respectively, comparing with that in no microbial soil, indicating that the microorganism significantly inhibited the migration of the three kinds of ions in the soil. In addition, the soil itself has a strong cushioning effect on acidic wastewater, and has less relation with microorganisms.

    The water-quenched slag of Baosteel No.4 blast furnace was treated by the acid-heat joint modification and then used as simulating the adsorption disposal of nitrobenzene wastewater. The effects factor for adsorption and its isothermal adsorption were studied. The results indicated that under the conditions of diameter of 100 mesh, dosage of 8 g/L, room temperature for reaction time of 60 min to treat the wastewater of 10 mg/L nitrobenzene, and pH value of 7, the removal rate of nitrobenzene reached 81.8%. The isothermal adsorption of removing nitrobenzene by the modified water-quenched slag fits the Langmuir and Freundlich equation mode well. The saturated adsorption capacity is 33.56 mg/g at room temperature, and the physical adsorption process of nitrobenzene is easily achieved.

    Stone coal acid-leaching vanadium tailings was used as the main material with fly ash and slaked lime as the auxiliary materials in preparation of autoclaved bricks by press shaping. When the content of tailing, fly ash and slaked lime is 60%, 20% and 18%, respectively, forming pressure is 15 MPa, the steam pressure is 1.2 MPa for 6 h steaming, the compressive strength of the product is up to the requirements of MU15 brick stipulated in nation standard “GB 11945-1999 Autoclaved Lime-sand Brick”. XRD and SEM analysis indicate that the product is mainly to generate Ca(OH)2 gel phase in the early hydration. After the autoclave of the product, the active silicon dioxide provided by glass microsphere in the tailings and Ca(OH)2 gel phase generates fibrous C-S-H and needles of shape mendicant mullite, which closely combine with the unreacted coarse ingredients so that the product possesses a high strength with tight structure.

    Taking the tailings of crushed mica mine by wind in Lingshou county, Hebei province as a case, the beneficiation tests to make comprehensive recycling of iron minerals, monazite and zircon were made. The results showed that heavy minerals were concentrated by the cleaning table from the tailings, and the heavy minerals were concentrated by the joint process of low intensity magnetic separation-wet high intensity magnetic separation-dry high intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation by tabling. Then, Iron concentrate with Fe grade of 60.86% and recovery of 74.27%, monazite concentrate with REO grade of 61.13% and recovery of 70.36%, and zircon concentrate with (Zr,Hf)O2 grade of 60.38% and recovery of 65.64% were obtained respectively.

    In view of the features of fly ash as abundant resources,low costs and improving the construction of mortar,the influence of fly ash on strength and liquidity of slag cemented materials is studied through experiments. The results show that the slag cemented backfilling materials with the lime and desulfurization gypsum as the activator,the compressive strength of backfilling body gradually declined with the adding amount of fly ash increasing. 1% of fly ash is added each time,the intensity decreased by 1.82% at 7 d and by 1.61% at 28 d on average. Meanwhile,the yield stress and viscosity of the backfilling is getting lower,which indicates that fly ash can largely improve the rheology of backfilling materials,and make high concentration of mortars conveying by gravity flow. Comprehensively considering the strength and the rheology,the optimal dosage of the fly ash ranges from 10% to 20%.

    Using steel slag and tailings as the main filling material,this paper determined the optimized ingredient of the backfilling materials by analyzing the strength characteristics and mortar fluidity. X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to observe microstructure and hydration products. The experiments result indicated that mortar fluidity can of artesian cemented filling and the 28 d compressive strength is 3.73 MPa which can satisfy the requirement of compressive strength for mine filling when the content of steel slag,desulphogypsum,and slag is 63%,12%,and 25%.
