Abstract: Such information as digenetic environment，tectonic setting and basic-ultra basic magma activity rules were investigated through comprehensive analysis of the petrology，geochemistry and geophysics features in Nanyan of Jinchuan area，and then comparative study were carried out with the basic-ultra basic rocks in Jinchuan deposit. All works above make the ore-forming geological characteristics further understood in Jinchuan area. Combined with geophysical and geochemical exploration work，twoⅠ level comprehensive abnormality areas and two Ⅱ level comprehensive abnormality areas were circled into the research area. It is considered that these areas have good the ore-prospecting vision，and are the important ore-prospecting directional and target areas.
