    Synthetic Integrated System of Deep Mining Process Based on Refined Modeling Technology

    During deep mining process,mining-induced stress may serve as the principal factor for stope pressure bump,coal slide,roof collapse and even geological disasters from rock outburst. The space-time variation rules of mining-induced stress during the basic production unit deep mining process are studied,and the refined modeling of deep stope is proposed to build the level modeling of mining rock mass,the dynamic simulation model of mining action,the metamodel of multielement heterogeneity mining rock mass and the auto-adapted optimal model for the designing parameterization of dynamic mining control. Also such technologies,as static scene modeling technology,dynamic simulation technology of production processes,dynamic visualization techniques of mining-induced stress field information design scheme preview techniques of dynamic control,are integrated as a synthetic integrated system of deep stope mining. By exploring the dynamic decoding rules of the variation between the mining action and the rock mass metainformation,the space-time variation laws of the mining-induced stress are revealed. All these provide a guide for selecting the mining method,forecasting the supportive timing and location,and optimizing the mining parameters,and also propose a scientific and technological support for the safe production.

    The existence of goaf is an important factor resulting in mine disaster. It is still an unresolved problem to make sure the roof safe thickness of goaf. In this paper,a new calculation method of goaf roof thickness is put forward based on thin plate theory,which reveals the relationship between the safe thickness of goaf roof,geometry size of roof and mechanical property of ore. On the basis of the theoretical solution,the reason and process of the roof damage is analyzed from the mechanical point of view. A numerical mechanical model of goaf roof is established using the finite element analysis software,ABAQUS. The failure process of goaf roof and its effect factors are considered. The stress,strain,and displacement of the goaf roof are analyzed through numerical simulation. The influence of roof thickness and goaf span on the stress and displacement field are obtained,and the regression curve and equation of the roof safe thickness and goaf span are derived. Finally,compared the theoretical solution with numerical simulation results,Qidashan roof thickness can be determined.

    The project of mining investment could be regarded as a relayed call option. Aiming at the defects of the traditional discounted cash flow (DCF) method,a trinomial tree pricing model of the real option is improved in the case of Molybdenum ore. A theoretical method for the hurdle price under the best investment timing is constructed. The real data is used to simulate the option pricing,and the result show that this method is reliable and practical. Meanwhile,according to the characteristics of the metal mine,the influence of price fluctuation on the cut-off grade,reserve estimation,mine service life is quantified to enhance the accuracy for mining investment by the option theory.

    Scientific forecast on the consumption can guide the industrial adjustment and development. The Grey theory can decrease the subjective attribute to the less information system. The influential factors for Aluminum consumption include the economic and social development,industrial structure,substitution of resources,use of secondary Aluminum,policy,and resources supply etc.. GM(1,n) Model is used to forecast the growth rate of GDP approximate 8%,the consumption of Aluminum about 23.5~28.7 million tons,and bauxite 90 million tons relevantly needed. The forecasted value reached maximal level through accuracy assessment and is reasonable after analysis.

    The laterite ore exists in tropic areas,where there have plenty of rainfalls and high moisture of soil layer,so it is difficult to build and maintain the access-roads to mining areas,thus resulting in difficulty to ore drawing.     Longshou mine in Jinchuan adopted the underhand horizontal hegagon drifts and filling method with the mining mode of double middle broader stopes. FLAC3D numerical analysis software was used to explore the influence of the drift filling method in Longshou mine to the surface subsidence. Through the displacement monitoring of 11 monitoring points at the excavation surface area,it comes conclusion that the surface deformation not only shows the settlement movement,but also is along with a complex arch deformation. At the same time,some areas in the mine should be monitored closely. This provides a theoretical basis and technical direction to prevent a wide range of deformation and failure of the surface.

    In recent years,freezing sinking technology is widely used in water-bearing rock strata in our country. To prevent the freezing hole becoming vertical water channels after the ice wall thawing,consequently threatening the safety of the mine,the hollow space around freezing pipes in freezing holes must be filled. Aiming at the strara condition and drilling mud features in freeze sinking in the ventilation shaft of an iron mine,the retarding cement grout formula,which is stable and has long slow setting time and considerable compatibility with drilling mud,was obtained through a large number of laboratory and field tests; then,the reasonable technology and process were produced for the freezing holes filling. The successful application of this technology in the iron mine,proved its feasibility and reliability of the formula and the related process.

    The geological feature and current situation of Alden-topkan lead-zinc mine are introduced briefly. The orebodies' occurrence and thickness in the mining range are classified. And the results show that sharp inclined medium thick orebody is the mine's main type. According to the mine's main orebody,amd through the comprehensive technical and economic comparison,sublevel drilling and bench open stoping method is selected. Compared with the pillarless sublevel caving method used early,the sublevel drilling and bench open stoping mining method has a larger capacity of producing ore block,lower waste in-ore rate,and better operation conditions. The practice in the mine's design and its production recovery shows that this mining method is suitable for the mine to resume production.

    Nonlinear science provides a completely new theory for the slope stability analysis.The chaotic neural network model based on the chaotic neural network theory is applied to evaluate and forecast the slope stability by collecting lots of the slope stability or damage cases.The application of this method to the slope stability of a certain open-pit indicated that the forecast result by the chaotic neural network is the same as that by the traditional limit equilibrium calculations.The method is also used for the sensitive analysis of the influent factors of the slope stability.The results show the sensitivity for the slope stability is decreasing in turn from the internal friction angle,cohesive force,slope angle to slope height.

    The dissemination sizes of different minerals in sulfur-bearing low-grade iron ore with high content of silicon in Shandong is greatly different. The content of magnetite is the same to that of hematite (limonite). Hematite (limonite) is closely disseminated with quartz. This kind of ore is hard to treat. The test shows that it is efficient to treat this kind of ore by the flow sheet of grinding-flotation to remove sulfur-low-intensity magnetic separation-regrinding of tailings from low-intensity magnetic separation-high-intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation of concentrate from high-intensity magnetic separation to remove silicon.The final iron concentrate contains 65.26%Fe,0.18% S,5.41% SiO2 with a recovery of 82.99%,and the sulfur concentrate contains 25.56% S with a recovery of 68.89%.

    For a iron-containing tungsten ore of Guangdong with main content of scheelite and magnetite,mineral processing with the flow-sheet of preferential sulfur removal-iron concentration by low intensity magnetic separation-tungsten concentration by flotation at normal temperature is investigated.     Experimental research on Chambishi mixed copper ore is carried out by the flow-sheet of copper oxide flotation and copper sulfide flotation in sequence. The results show that with grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 80%,and the THF + ammonium sulfate as the combined activator of copper oxide,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 25.89% and recovery of 83.44% was finally obtained by the process of one-roughing flotation for copper sulfide removal,one-roughing flotation for copper oxide removal,and three-cleaning for mixed ores,and middlings back to the flow-sheet in order.

    According to the characteristics of Copper-Lead-Zinc Multi-Metal Minerals, beneficiation tests is made by adopting the principle flow-sheet of desuphurization magnetic separation-copper-lead mixed beneficiation-copper-lead separation from rough mixed concentrate-zinc concentration from mixed tailings. Under the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 90%, the final copper concentrate with Cu grade of 24.79% and recovery of 55.78%, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 51.34% and recovery of 83.55%, zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 45.63% and recovery of 62.71%, Sulfur concentrate with S grade of 35.12% and the recovery of 80.08%, were obtained respectively through the process of sulfur concentration by one low intensity magnetic separation, copper-lead mixed flotation by one-roughing, two-cleaning and two-scavenging, copper-lead separation by one-roughing, two-cleaning and one-scavenging, zinc concentration by one-roughing, three-cleaning and two-scavenging, and middles back to the flow sheet in order. Copper concentrate contains silver of 229.53 g/t, and lead concentrate contains silver of 196.20 g/t. Total silver recovery from copper and lead concentrates reached 50.29%.

    In order to effectively control the negative impact of the high lime alkali process on the separation of copper and sulfur, flotation tests in low alkali for separating copper and sulfur are made with CTP as the depressant of pyrite for a low grade porphyry-type copper-molybdenum ore of Inner Mongolia. The results show that under the grinding fineness of -200 mesh 65%, copper and molybdenum mixed concentrate with the Cu and Mo grade of 24.57% and 6.94% and the Cu and Mo recovery of 86.58% and 81.52% were obtained by the close-circuit process of one-roughing, three-scavenging, three-cleaning and middlings back to the flow sheet in order. Meanwhile,surveyed the effect of alkalinity and CTP to the floatation of Chalcopyrite and pyrite,the results show that:High alkali has a strong inhibit impact on pyrite, and inhibit chalcopyrite in a certain. CTP can inhibit pyrite well in low alkali condition, but less impact on chalcopyrite in flotation process.

    Based on the process mineralogy research,the technical conditions for the mixed flotation of a lead-antimony-silver polymeatllic native ore were investigated.     Process mineralogy of a refractory molybdenum ore is studied. The results show that the constituent of metallic minerals in the ore are relatively simple,and the gangue minerals are various in kind; Molybdenum ore is the only recoverable value element.  Molybdenum disulfide occupies 90.26% of the total molybdenum,mainly in the form of molybdenite. Molybdenite mainly occurs in the fractures with features of incomplete development of molybdenite particles,smaller particle size,the uneven distribution,difficulty in liberation and concentration. Molybdenum recovery by stage grinding and separation process can not only reduce the consumption of grinding and reagents,but also improve the separation indexes.

    On the basis of dislocation model,a simple rectangular dislocation model that is suitable for coal mine subsidence mechanism is established according to the characteristics of coal mine subsidence and the actual situation of the coal mine excavation. Monte Carlo method joints simple dislocation model to explain the subsidence of the work face in the one of coal mine of Jiang Xi province by using the data of level observation. The results of inversion show that the trend of the inversion closely fits the routine monitoring data.

    The relationship between the characteristics of geophysical field and the ore body in the mine was analyzed and summarized by introducing some prospecting practices which were used induced polarization gradient technique and precision magnetic measurement methods in Duobuza ore segment. The results show that IP anomalies characteristics is low apparent resistivity and high chargeability near ore body,and the polarization rate increased with the increase of metal sulfide content in the minerals. Ore body's abnormal characteristics of precision magnetic survey are low magnetic normal anomaly. Overall,the mine Geophysical anomalies distribute around the granite rock mass and the contact zone,and reflect the Ore granite porphyry and Mineralized alteration distribution range. The results provide the characteristics of geophysical fields to look for copper-gold deposit in Duolong in future.

    For the wireless local area network based on WiFi in open-pit,data transmission time from mobile terminal to server reflects the network quality of the mobile terminal's location in a sense. Data transmission time of different points in whole open-pit is sampled,and then processed them with Kriging interpolation method. So the distribution of data transmission time in whole open-pit was obtained,and it is a digital expression of network quality. By making use of Voronoi diagram and MER (minimum enclosing rectangles) to index related spatial data of network quality,the data transmission time of the mobile terminal's location can be obtained,and this value can be an effective evidence for arranging the allocation of resources of mobile terminal program reasonably.

    To correctly identify the spatial layer relationship of roadway and reflect the real-time status of mine ventilation truely and dynamically,based on the in-depth study of all kinds of drawing algorithms and elements of double-line roadway,the technology of automatic drawing two-dimensional ventilation stereogram by “Improved real double-line method” and “Colosed-polyline-hatch method ” or “ lineweight method” are put forward. The principle of two-dimensional ventilation stereogram automatic drawing and the process of using secondary development of AutoCAD based on C# to realize the function of this module are emphasized. The practical application proves that the new algorithm greatly reduces the amount of computation in one-roadway blanking and system diagram expanding into two-dimensional ventilation stereogram,and removes the defects in conventional ones.

    Taking a large open pit slope as background,the research approach of displacement monitoring data analysis based on GIS is put forward according to the monitoring data of the slope displacement,and GIS basic database including attribute data and graphic data is set up.Relying on ArcGIS operation platform,the GIS visualization research and analysis of slope displacement in the open pit mine monitoring data is realized.The results show that the lower region of the slope is at a good stability state,and some regions in west slope and the top region in northeast slope are at bad stability state with larger displacement.At the same time,the application of GIS technology to analyzing slope displacement monitoring data can express slope stability situation in a more intuitive and accurate way,and the working efficiency and informatization level can be improved.

    Due to the deep mining in Yanbei coal mine of Huating,the occurrence frequency of rock burst is increasingly getting higher.In recent years,the SOS microseismic monitoring system,CRMS and AE system have been used to monitor and predict rock burst.Through analyzing the microseismic,stress,and acoustic emission data during mining process in working face 250204,the coupling relationship of these data in several typical burst was studied,and several possible coupling modes were proposed.Especially using microseismic analysis indicators Z-MAP value as parameters,can directly reflects the probability of microseism occurrence,and the close relationship of the microseism with the stress and AE.The result provides a theoretical basis for the strata control observation of Yanbei coal mine.

    Dongguashan copper mine is a large (with the capacity of 3 millions t/a) kilometers deep heat harm mine. In this study,the natural cold source of low temperature surrounding rocks around the mine upper goaf and old roadway is used to realize the natural cooling of the inlet air flow by ground temperature at the mine deep area. When the cooling air volume reached to 200 m3/s,the inlet air temperature is decreased by 2 to 3 ℃. And compared with the air pre-cooling by the air conditioning cooling technology,it not only reduces the costs at refrigeration equipment investment,operation management,technical risks etc,but also makes full use of the existing ventilation engineering and geothermal resources to realize the mine energy saving and environmental protection in production.

    The porous ceramics filtering materials with red mud derived from Bayer process is used as adsorbent to investigate the removal rate of copper in waste water and the regeneration of saturated porous ceramics. The research indicated that the porous ceramics filtering materials with red mud derived from Bayer process has a significant adsorbing performance and lasting quality. The adsorption-saturated ceramics can be restored to be fresh ceramics with fresh adsorption performance after regenerating 3 times in static status in a nitric acid solution of pH = 3. The copper removal from the waste water with the porous ceramics of red mud derived from Bayer Process has a significant advantage in techniques,economics and re-utilization of resources,and it is suitable for large-scale application.

    The content of iron in a secondary copper slag is high,but it occurs mainly in form of fayalite,resulting in difficulty to be concentrated by using traditional processing. In the experiment,the technical conditions for the iron recovery from the secondary copper slag are discussed by the process of deep reduction-magnetic separation. The result shows that under the conditions of lignite 20% and calcium oxide 8.9%,the reduction temperature at 1 250 ℃ for 3 h,the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 70%,and the magnetic field intensity 60.8 kA/m,high-quality magnetic iron powder with the grade of 93.64% and the recovery rate of 88.08% is obtained. It contains low impurity and can be used as high-quality raw materials of weathering steel.

    Experimental research on cyanided tailings containing 48.05% grade of iron by the process of direct reduction roast-magnetic separation tests was carried out. The results indicated that under the condition of roasting at 1 150  ℃ for 40 min with 20% bituminous coal 2,and grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 78% and magnetic intensity,the DRI with Fe grade of 94.11% and recovery of 90.14% was obtained by the process of one roughing low intensity magnetic separation with intensity of 87.56 kA/m. In the process,iron was concentrated efficiently,meanwhile high content of harmful ingredients,sulfur are enriched into tailings.

    Waste rocks with copper grade of 0.25% in Baiyin mining area of Gansu were planned to stack together in early mining period and so far overall waste rocks were up to 2.53 billion tons. With the mature economic and technical conditions,investigation on recovering copper from Baiyin copper-waste rocks with the high degree of weathering and sliming is made. Under the grinding fineness of 80% -0.074 mm,copper concentrate with copper grade of 15.74% and the recovery of 81.03% was obtained through the closed circuit of one-roughing,one-scavenging,three-cleaning and middlings returned in order.

    A desulphurization product of scheelite which is rich in molybdenum,copper,bismuth and sulphur has the characteristic of uneven size distribution,complex dissemination relationship and the action of strong collector MB on useful minerals. With the core technology of taking off collector by activated carbon and inhibiting copper-bismuth-sulphur floating molybdenum by LTN and LTZ,the technological process on flotation experiments were carried out,which is by the preferential flotation process of molybdenum flotation-copper and bismuth bulk flotation and separation-sulfur flotation. Eventually,molybdenum concentrate with a grade of 45.19% and recovery of 79.95%,copper concentrate with a grade of 18.13% and recovery of 81.41%,bismuth concentrate with a grade of 15.30% and recovery of 50.07%,sulfur concentrate with a grade of 39.08% and recovery of 84.67% were obtained respectively.

    The scrubbed slime in a Yunnan phosphate mine contains P2O5 of 20.08%,where the phosphorus-containing mineral is mainly fluorapatite with uneven grain fineness. Phosphorus has a certain degree of enrichment in coarse size.Carried out the flotation test to recovery phosphorus,the results showed that under the grinding fineness of 70% -200 mesh and self-developed LC3 as collector of phosphate,phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 28.38 % and a recovery of 98.67% was obtained by the process of two roughings- two scavengings-3 cleanings with the middlings returned into the flows orderly.

    The possibility of applying the laterite nickel ore smelting slag as the admixture of cement is analyzed. The result shows that the slag radioactivity and leaching toxicity are far lower than the limit value of national standard,without any hazards. The slag belongs to the common industrial waste solid and can be used as the raw building materials that not affect the product quality. It has potential hydraulic property with qualified pozzolanic property,and it can be used as active admixture. After stabilizing treatment,the cement mixed with the slag has a qualified autoclave expansion. The cement-mortar strength gradually decreased with the increasing of the slag content. SEM images and XRD patterns of the specimens of cement pastes without the slag and mixing with 30% slag at 28 d are analyzed,and the reason for affecting the property of the specimens of cement pastes is pointed out.

    The performance and mechanism of the concrete of artificial reefs preparedby Qidashan iron tailings as main raw materials were studied. The research showed that when the additional ratio of iron tailings was 70%,the compressive and flexible strength of concrete for 28 days of standard curing were up to 47.3 MPa and 8.6 MPa,respectively. The iron tailings powder with the specific surface of 720 m2/kg,has a certain of pozzolanic activity,which plays excellent filling effects in the concrete of artificial reefs. During the early period of seawater immersion of artificial reefs blocks,a small amount of OH- was dissolved out of the surface,resulting in the pH value of leaching solution rising from fresh seawater 8.0 to 8.5,but back to normal value after 69 d. Test results of heavy metal ion released indicated that the leaching solution could meet up the national water quality standard for fisheries. Hence,concrete of artificial reefs with high content of iron tailings not only have good mechanical performance,but also have low-alkali and non-pollution properties,which meet the demands of artificial reefs. It shows good marine adaptability,and makes comprehensive utilization of iron tailings and marine fishery proliferation possible.
