Separating Flotation Test on Desulphurization Product of Polymetallic Scheelite with High Sulfur in Gansu

Abstract: A desulphurization product of scheelite which is rich in molybdenum,copper,bismuth and sulphur has the characteristic of uneven size distribution,complex dissemination relationship and the action of strong collector MB on useful minerals. With the core technology of taking off collector by activated carbon and inhibiting copper-bismuth-sulphur floating molybdenum by LTN and LTZ,the technological process on flotation experiments were carried out,which is by the preferential flotation process of molybdenum flotation-copper and bismuth bulk flotation and separation-sulfur flotation. Eventually,molybdenum concentrate with a grade of 45.19% and recovery of 79.95%,copper concentrate with a grade of 18.13% and recovery of 81.41%,bismuth concentrate with a grade of 15.30% and recovery of 50.07%,sulfur concentrate with a grade of 39.08% and recovery of 84.67% were obtained respectively.
