Abstract: Through analyzing the project investment and costs on renovation for the super fine crushing of high pressure grinding roll in Washan Dressing Plant of Nanshan Mining Company，the sensitivity and efficiency of the new construction and renovated projects are analyzed. Risk analysis on the high pressure grinding roll is made from the aspects of the rationality of beneficiation, advanced engineering design, investment, equipment selection and production management etc.
