Abstract: According to the requirements of the tailings filling technology and the process features，the design scheme of the automatic control system with tailings filling is put forward，and the system's configuration，function and control method  are introduced. The application in many enterprises indicated that the system has features of full function，stable and reliable running，rational equipment type selection，and simple and convenient operation. Also，the process parameters such as the concentration of cementing tailings and the cement-sand ratio can be accurately controlled，which ensures the continuity and stability in filling operation，and largely improves the efficiency of filling.
