Abstract: For the complex technological flowsheet for the recovery of the wolframite of Shizhuyuan polymetallic ore,the lower grade wolframite concentrates,the process of cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column is adopted on-site to make the semi-industiral column flotatin tests of wolframite ore. The test results showed that the wolframite concentrates containing WO3 of 44.39% and recovery rate of 86.82% are obtained through the closed-circuit of one stage roughing and two stage cleanings by using three cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation columns. Compared with closed-circuit of one stage roughing five stage cleanings and three stage scavengings by using the flotation machines,the wolframite concentrates containing WO3 increased 11.45 percentage,and the recovery increased 3.52 percentage,meanwhile three roughings and three cleaings were cut.
