Abstract: Pneumatic transport technology played an efficient role in production and development in various industries. It's important to use and promote this technology reasonably. In view of the dust recovery from the crushing area's dust collector in Barun Company，the paper introduces the application process system of pneumatic transport，operation model and the utilization of recycled dust. And then，the corresponding technology problems are discussed. The practice indicates that pneumatic transport can effectively realize the long-distance transport with no pollution，which is good for reuse of recycled dust. Thus it created benefits and also showed a direction for further development. 
