Abstract: The east side-slope of Sijiaying iron mine is an open-pit mine with complex conditions.Its eastern slope is basically consistent with the dip direction and angle of the strata, and its occurrence harms the slope stability.The slope has a medium complex hydrogeological condition, and is affected by various factors, such as blasting vibration.The stratum and bedrock composition are complex, and slopes are not effectively supported at the early stage.After slopes exposed for a certain period of time, landslide and potential landslide sign appeared due to the raining and blasting vibration.Combining with the local landslide phenomenon at east slope, the main reason for landslides is analyzed, the emergency treatment scheme is given, and the programs of permanent slope governance are proposed.
