Abstract: The Alden-topkan lead-zinc mine's geological feature and current situation are introduced briefly.Through analyzing and computing，and contrasting the comprehensive technical and economic index，the main mining technical schemes of construction scale，development schemes，mining method and main mining equipment for recovering production are determined.The practice in the mine's design and its production recovery shows that this main mining technical scheme is suitable for the mine to resume production of specific conditions，and is available for reference of similar mines.
