Abstract: Introduces the property of vanadium-bearing stone coal and its decarburized products.Due to the vanadium occurring in mica minerals in the form of isomorphism,different behaviors of mica minerals and gangue minerals in the process of rod mill and shaking table separation are analyzed,and the technical parameters of grinding fineness and shaking table separation of the decarburized stone coal are studied.The results showed that with the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 63%,and based on the technical parameters obtained from the tests,tailings with removal rate of 12.99% and V2O5 grade of 0.21% are discarded by the process of one-roughing and one scavenging,so that the acid consumption and production costs can be significantly reduced.
