Abstract: LiLou 1# main shaft hoist system in Anhui Development Mining Co.，Ltd.adopted the ABB's electronic control，gate control and drive system，and went into operation after commissioning.After two-year operation，the parking vibration noise became larger and larger and slight inversion occurs when the empty skip loads in positive stop.In order to solve such kind of security risks，the mechanical coordination between the implementing agencies was firstly adjusted，but it was ineffective after a period of running.After in-depth study on electronic control system，a soft stop proposal with optimized control was put forwards，and then the risk issue was solved.
