Floating a Middle-Low Grade Phosphorite with a New Collector CL-07+CJ at Room Temperature

Abstract: There are huge amount of middle-low grade phosphorite rock resources around Tien Lake.In order to high-efficiently exploit these resources and solve the problems such as poor decentrality and solubility of traditional collectors,beneficiation experiments on a phosphorite around Tien Lake was carried out by using a new type collector CL-07+CJ invented by Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute.The results showed that phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade of 34.60%,P2O5 recovery of 94.10% was obtained with the grinding fineness of 60.4% passing 200 mesh,slurry temperature at 15 ℃,dosage of gangue mineral depressor Na2SiO3 of 2.0 kg/t and slurry pH regulator NaOH at 0.8 kg/t for roughing,dosage of phosphate mineral collector CL-07+CJ at 0.4+0.14 kg/t,through process of one roughing-one scavenging-one cleaning,middles back to the flow-sheet in turn.
