Realization of Open-pit Mine Blasting Design System Based on RTK Handbook

Abstract: With the development and popularization of computer aided design on the blasting system,the disadvantages of the traditional blasting design in the accurate localization,rational schemes for hole arrangement and fragmentation effect of blasting were being exposed.In order to improve blasting effect,the blasting theory was combined with the merit of accurate positioning of RTK(Real Time Kinematic) technology.Through the analysis of various factors affecting blasting effect,the parameters of the terrain and borehole were collected dynamically,which can be adjusted and optimized in real time.The integration of precise positioning and blasting design was realized finally.Based on these,a detailed study on the method of blasting design,positioning,the comprehensive application of database,and embedded system developing technology was carried out.Such key techniques as the requirements analysis,design ideas,function module,database development,system implementation were described.The system provides an advanced design platform for scientification and normalization of blasting design and precise blasting.The application of this system would save a lot of manpower and resources,improve the accuracy of open-pit mine blasting design,shorten the design cycle,and reduce the cost for mining.
