Research of the Roadway Control Technology with Crushed Surrounding Rock in Deep Mine

Abstract: When the mineral resources are buried underground at 500 m below,the ground pressure will increase and the geological hazards,such as rock burst,is easy to be induced during the deep mining.The surrounding rocks of the roadway in deep mine are reasonably classified by taking the rock mechanics experiments in the laboratory and using the Button rock mass quality classification.Choosing reasonable excavation and supporting forms based on evaluating the stability of surrounding rock in a reliable way can provide the scientific basis for the support design,construction and management.This can effectively prevent the happening of the dynamic impact disaster.Combing with the engineering practice and FLAC3D software,research on plastic zone distribution rule in mining roadway of broken surrounding rock is made to optimize the bolt support parameters.The application of research results reduces the happening of the dynamic impact disaster in deep mining and provides a theoretical basis for the high efficient and safe exploitation of ore-body with crushed surrounding rock in deep mine.
