Abstract: To analyze the impact of river on blasting seismic wave propagation and improve the velocity prediction accuracy of the measuring point across the river shore, the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is adopted to set up different parameters of the channel model. The simulation results show that the peak velocity of measuring points has a negative correlation with the channel width; The change of channel depth and distance between channel and explosive source greatly affects the seismic wave propagation at the near area of river shore, but less at the far area of river shore; The depth of water has little impact on the spread of seismic wave.Combining with the simulation results and the dimension analysis method, the Sadov′s Vibration Formula is remedied and verified at Jinduicheng blasting experiments. The predicted blasting error is decreased by about 79.43%,compared with that of the previous Sadov′s vibration formula. It is more suitable to predict seismic wave spread velocity across the river.
