Abstract: In order to explore the feasibility of coal measures kaolin synthesis NaY zeolite .Coal measures kaolin was used as raw material to research NaY zeolite synthesize conditions by hydrothermal synthesis method.The NaY zeolite was obtained under the optimal conditions：the guide agent aging time of 12 h，guide agent dosage of 8%，n(Na₂O):n(Al₂O₃) = 5.5，the crystal time of 12 h，the crystal temperature of 95 ℃.Through the analysis of the products obtained under the optimal conditions shows that：the products has the typical NaY zeolite X ray diffraction peak and infrared vibration spectrum，besides their particles are uniform and their particle size concentrated around 2 μm.So the products are high crystallinity，pure NaY zeolites.
