Beneficiation Experiment on a Complex Sliver-lead-zinc Polymetallic Ore in Zhejiang Province

Abstract: The sliver-lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Zhejiang contains 1.10% lead,3.70% zinc,84.50 g/t sliver.Lead and zinc are mainly exists in form of lead sulfide and zinc sulfide which have high value of development and utilization.In order to recover the valuable elements in ore adequately,preferential flotation flowsheet was adopted in mineral processing experiments.The results indicated that via the closed-circuit process of one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging select lead,one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging select zinc,one roughing-one cleaning select sulphur,lead concentrate with lead grade of 46.40%,recovery of 81.02%,sliver grade of 3 300.00 g/t,recovery of 75.17%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 4800%,recovery of 88.17% and sulphur concentrate with sulphur grade of 36.70%,recovery of 50.98% were obtained eventually.Full recovery of valuable minerals in ore was achieved.
