Abstract: In order to provide technical basis for development and utilization of a sulfide copper-zinc ore in Guizhou Province，copper and zinc flotation test by copper preferential flotation and then zinc flotation process was conducted based on the process mineralogy of the ore.The results showed that，with 1.75% copper and 1.54% zinc of the raw ore，by the process of one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging closed circuit of copper flotation，one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging closed circuit of zinc flotation，final copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.42% and recovery of 89.13%，and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 41.70% and recovery of 72.15% were obtained.
