Abstract: Summarized the working principle and characteristics of typical high pressure roller mill，grading equipment，powder ore dry magnetic separator. Introduces the structure and possible process of high pressure roller mill-dry classification-low intensity magnetic separation integration system. Characteristics of the technological process and suitable types of iron ore was analyzed. After using high pressure roller mill-dry classification-low intensity magnetic separation integration system in Hami Zhongtian Iron Mine，good sorting index were obtained. High pressure roller mill-dry classification-magnetic separation integration system has advantages of no dressing production water，small occupation，low power consumption，simple process flow，etc.
