Abstract: In order to study the influence of fault to underground goaf by filling mining method, taking the tiemenkan mining area of Daye Iron Mine as an example, the two kinds of analytical models (regardless of the influence of fault and considering the influence of fault) are established by numerical simulation, the distribution regularities of stress field and plastic zone before or after filling mining of underground goaf under the two conditions are conducted comparison and analysis. The results show that:under the condition of considering the influence of fault, the surrounding rock stability of mining area is superior to the one under the condition of regardless of the influence of fault,is due to the existing spatial composing relationship between mining area and fault;the mining area is located in holding area of F1 and F2 fault, and it dose not intersect with fault, the rock mass redistribution stress caused by underground mining and filling mining is transformed to the deformation of fault fracture, therefore, the redistribution stress is released partially. The above study results of this paper can provide some reference for the stability analysis of underground mining area that the fault is well developed.
