Ramp Ventilation Governance of Huibaoling Iron Mine Under the Influence of Natural Wind Pressure and Piston Wind

Abstract: In view of the serious phenomenon of ramp dirty wind accumulation in summer in Huibaoling Iron Mine,in order to effectively eliminate the dirty wind accumulated in ramp,taking one day of January (with minimum temperature) and July (with maximum temperature) of the area the iron mine is located as the study example respectively,based on measuring the mine nature wind pressure value of the day,the variation curve of wind pressure of the day is obtained,the analysis results show that the natural wind pressure is lowest at about 15:00 in July,which show that the mine ventilation is difficult at this time,the accumulation phenomenon of dirty wind in ramp is more serious.Through on-site measurement,the air volume of the connection roadway of -410 m level and ramp in January and July are 6.9 m3/s,2.3 m3/s respectively.Combing with the influence of piston wind caused by colliery tub on ramp,the wind curtain device is installed in the connection roadway of -130 m level and ramp in ventilation difficult period,the choke rate is 31%.The mine ventilation system is calculated based on Ventsim software,the results show that the wind volume of the connection roadway at -410 m level of ramp is 7.5 m3/s,which is superior to the one of winter when the mine ventilation is easy.The actual application results show that the operation effect of the wind curtain device is good.
