Abstract: The paper briefly analyzed the sources and harms of nonferrous metal mining wastewater and the characteristics of pollutants，and illustrated several domestic potential treatment techniques to the wastewater，such as neutralization precipitation，sulfide precipitation，membrane separation，and biological methods. It is pointed out that the non-ferrous metal mine wastewater should be treated by adopting combination of a variety of methods.
