Abstract: The treatment of residual mined-out areas is a focal point of mine security management in recent years.Since open pit mining method is a simple process with simple equipment，it is a common method for small and medium sized mines.But the residual mining-out area is the major risk in mine safety.For different environment in different mined-out area，how to safely and efficiently handle and recover the residual ores without disturbing the normal production will bring huge mine safety and production efficiency.In this paper，the technology of recovering the top in turn and operation step by step is a successful solution of the security issues that troubled mine.
