Abstract: Aiming at the serious mine dust control situation, the domestic and overseas development history for foam dust control in coal mine, main research contents and its results are described by the method of summary. Problems in research and application process of coal mine foam dust control technique were analyzed. At last, the general development trends were pointed out, namely basing on the basic research of dust basic characteristics, strengthening the basic theoretical research on foam dust technique, getting breakthroughs in key technologies, and developing specialized equipment.
