Abstract: The critical chain technique not only focuses on the temporal dependence relationships, but the resource conflicts between tasks.Apply some conclusions from organizational behavior to the plan management，the defects in traditional project management method have been repaired by setting time buffer and depressing progress risk cased by resource.This provides a new method for project schedule establishment and supervision.Based on contrasting and analyzing traditional project schedule planning methods and the characteristics of mine construction project, Critical Chain project management (CCPM) is introduced and then the flow of organizing shaft construction project is designed.Meanwhile, with the support of Gemcom MineSched and MS Project as the software platform, this method has been used in organizing a shaft construction program.The result shows that the method can integrate design, planning, optimization and management, and harmonize entire planning model with engineering system model and can adjust and control conveniently and improve the efficiency of manual or automatic processing.
