Abstract: Since the previous flotation reagent system can not suit the variety of ore's character in a beneficiation plant of Polymetallic lead-zinc mine in Guangxi，leading to the bad index in beneficiation production，experiment researches on the new flotation reagent system are carried out.Then copper concentrate grading of 22.19% at a 58.29% recovery，lead concentrate grading of 62.97% at a 78.39% recovery，and zinc concentrate grading of 50.52% at an 88.81% recovery were obtained.Compared with the former index，the copper-lead-zinc concentrates can be improved by 10.04%，24.65% and 0.92% respectively in grade and by 30.29%，1.42% and 10.01% at recovery.
