Abstract: Aimed at the deficiencies in the evaluation of business process reengineering method，the characters of grey theory in business process reengineering project evaluation was analyzed and the evaluation of business process reengineering project was also put forward based on gray theory.In the process of this evaluation，four macro factors were considered including business process cost，business process quality，customer satisfaction index and the efficiency of business process.The advantage and disadvantage of each project can be confirmed through the way mentioned above and a satisfying reengineering method can be selected.Thus the implement risk of business process reengineering project for mining enterprises can be reduced.
