Study on the Occurrence Situation of Sulphides in Tailing from China Kaolin Clay Company

Abstract

Abstract: To properly realize the comprehensive utilization of tailings from China Kaoling Clay Company，the occurrence situation of Sulphides are investigated.It is indicated that the main valuable elements in tailings are S，Zn，Pb，where Zn and P exist in sulfides.The main minerals are pyrite.There is a high single pyrite content in Sphalerite and Galena，both of which have a low liberation.Research results showed that the recovery of valuable elements from tailings provided a basis for the mineralogical analysis.
