Abstract: Due to the disturbance by the former mining，it was difficult to crush rocks and cut the shafts for pillars' mining in Fankou Lead-zinc mine.Referring to the principle of bunch-holes blasting，the bunch-deep-hole technique was adopted to cut the pillar stope and to provide free surfaces and compensated space for later blasting instead of the shaft.Then，ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to analyze the blast stress field of cutting holes to determine the parameters for cutting blasting.This research got well result in practical application.
