    Tungsten is a traditional dominant mineral in China, and the total production control system has been implemented for many years.However, due to the various interferences in the actual production, the suppression resources policy has always resulted in the expansionary development, thus leading to the resource base in the development of China's tungsten industry weakened, and the phenomenon of low level exploration not improved.It is urgent to control the demand of export to inhibit the excess export and the weakened resources base.Considering the total control allocation in production reform, the fine and confiscation management system for overcapacity is built.And combining with WTO rules, the export tariff adjustment programs of tungsten and other related proposals are put forward.

    Due to the disturbance by the former mining,it was difficult to crush rocks and cut the shafts for pillars' mining in Fankou Lead-zinc mine.Referring to the principle of bunch-holes blasting,the bunch-deep-hole technique was adopted to cut the pillar stope and to provide free surfaces and compensated space for later blasting instead of the shaft.Then,ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to analyze the blast stress field of cutting holes to determine the parameters for cutting blasting.This research got well result in practical application.

    In view of secondary mining of pillar for an extremely irregular mine,the multi-layered prospecting crosscuts were arranged to obtain the bilateral actual caving boundaries besides ore chamber.Then the three dimensional body model of pillar was established by Dimine software.It not only accurately ascertained the actual  boundaries after stopping,but also directly generated the construction drawing of blasting by using the software's functions of edit and the interactive modification of hole arrangement parameters( length,angle and loaded length).As a result,the quality of hole arrangement and work efficiency were highly improved.The practice indicated that the method effectively resolved the difficulties in determining the blasting boundary of pillar mining,and owns an important application value.

    The treatment of mined-out areas plays an important role in prevention of mine geological disasters.In order to ensure safety and stability of tailings dam in Fushan Iron Mine,a three-dimensional laser detection was made for a minied-out area of iron ore to analyze its stability and the cabing risks.Then,a comprehensive management plan was proposed.After the implementation of treatment programs,some significant security risks underground the mined-out area are eliminated,and the security and stability of tailings and the normal production in mine are ensured,thus providing a reference for the treatment of other mined-out area.

    The cut-and-fill mining method requires the material used for backfilling owning a certain strength to ensure safety recovery.Traditionally,filling designs are determined by laboratory experiments of mixture ratio,but the filling body is non-uniform due to the segregation of the filling slurry in layers.The difference of design strength of fill body differs greatly from that measured on site,resulting in the safety problems in production.This paper describes a simple,reliable method to measure the cement content in fill body and to systematically study the inhomogeneous property through simulation experiment of water tank.The results show that the strength of the fill body with sand-cement ratio of 4 has an S-type distribution,while that with sand-cement ratio of 10 shows a linear decrease of strength with body length.The low sand-cement ratio fill object shows a characteristic of locally uniform and layered structure which results in the following conclusions: the strength of fill body is not directly proportional to cement content and a high content of cement does not necessarily imply a high strength since the aggregation of cement particles in large amounts adversely affects the strength of fill body.

    The western Shizishan deposit of Dongguashan Copper Mine,is a deposit that has been explored since 1960s last century.A group of extra-large mined-out spaces are formed in 2002 with the feature of large volume and wide distribution.These mined-out areas bring great safety risks for normal production.For this,combining with its own characteristics,and based on the related investigation and research,Dongguashan copper mine treat the mined-out areas with full-tailing filling method.In practice,taking the eastern Shizishan mined-out area as a testing site,the mined-out areas are treated step by step.Then he successful experiences are fully applied in the Western Shizishan Mined-out area,with good economic and social benefits achieved.

    Taking the fine tailings as aggregated materials,the slump of the filling slurry and its variation regularity of rheological properties with different concentration were investigated,and the plastic viscosity and yield stress of slurry with different concentration were also measured.The results showed that the concentration of slurry is the key factor influencing the slurry's fluidity.With the concentration varied,there is a critical point in fluidity of slurry.When the concentration is higher than the critical concentration,its fluidity can be dropped rapidly.The critical concentration is 63% for such fine tailings slurry.Therefore,the filling concentration must be lower than 63% for a good fluidity.Based on the Bingham fluid theory,the hydraulic gradient and the capacity of the filling slurry in different pipe diameters with different concentration were measured.The results indicated that the slurry's concentration and the pipe diameters are the key factors affecting the filling capacity and the flow velocity in the same filling double line.The suitable pipe diameter must be chosen to ensure the capacity with the different concentration of slurry.

    Slopes of open-pit mine and ash storage are likely to result in the geological disasters of landslides,collapse,ground deformation and so on,due to its geological structure and mining activities,etc.Laizhou Power Plant is going to use the open-pit of Cangshang gold mine as ash storage field.Therefore,the long-term stability of the slope is of great significance.Through the geological investigation and analysis of open-pit mine slope of Cangshang Mine,the geological and tectonic conditions of ash slopes are summarized.On the basis of field monitoring,the stability of the slopes is analyzed in detail.The estimated results can better reflect the actual stability of the open-pit slope.Feasible treatment scheme is put forward according to the engineering practice.

    The method for calculating the progressive failure of surrounding rocks is proposed aimed to the deformation features of deep tunnel.Finite element calculation program based on progressive failure is compiled through secondary development to ANSYS.Then calculation and analysis are carried out based on the geological data of the tunnel in the Fourth Mine belonging to the Pingdingshan Colliery Group Co.Ltd.The change process of roof stress is obtained in case of supporting and no supporting, and the bearing structure evolution is comprehensively analyzed combined with siding-walls.The calculation result shows that the supporting structure evolution has distinct durative and stage features.And the change process without supporting can be divided into adjusting process, steady process, and accelerating process.While supported, the accelerating process is transformed into steady stage, and the siding-wall is the key position of bearing structure evolution.Thus the support of deep tunnel should be optimized through the principle of dynamic process control, and reinforcing supporting should be made in those key positions, to obtain long-time stability of the deep tunnel.

    In order to effectively control the destruction of theⅡ 46 rail upper yard, the winder chamber and the surrounding rock of roadway in Liuqiao No.1 Mine caused by the mining, the factors for the destruction of surrounding rocks are firstly analyzed from aspects of engineering layout, support structure and surrounding rock strength.On the basis of the existing project, the corresponding reinforcement parameters and construction technology are proposed, and the check computation for the resistance 9.10 MPa of the grouting circle and the fractured rock grouting radius of 2.24 m are made.The observation data after and before the surrounding rock deformation show: the average approaching speed of two sides before anchor-grouting is 1.5mm/d, and the roof and floor approaching rate is 4.0 mm/d; the average approaching rate is 0.75 mm/d and the roof and floor approaching rate is 2.0 mm/d after reinforcement for 7~28 d.From the reinforcing effect view, the reinforcement program can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation caused by mining.

    The vertical height of slope in Jianshan 2# hanging wall ore of Daye Iron Mine reaches over 300 meters, and the whole ore body is traversed by F13 huge fault which is almost orthometric with the slope.Large mined-out area has been formed after exploiting for some times, leading to a great hazard to safety mining.Filling the mined-out area with tailings can not only prevent the slope failure and protect the national geological park landscape, but create conditions for continuous recovery of the hanging wall ore.The recovery of residual ores by the back-fill mining method can maximize the recovery of ores and accumulate experiences for the application of back-fill method in the deep mine after open pit transferring into underground mining.

    Studied the effect of pH,temperature and the additives on the bio-oxidation process|including the specific cell growth rate and the specific bio-oxidation rate of refractory gold concentrate by .Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(At.ferrooxidans).Results showed that:the maximal specific growth rate was achieved at pH range of 1.1~2.0, and a temperature of 41 ℃.The maximal specific bio-oxidation rate was achieved at a pH range of 1.1~1.4, and a temperature of 41~44 ℃.The peptone improved the concentrate bio-oxidation rate from 0.41±0.02 g/(L·d) to 0.92±0.05 g/(L·d), and the cysteine 0.41±0.02 g/(L·d) to 0.57±0.03  g/(L·d).The optimal adding concentrates of them were 10-3 g/mL and 6.4×10-5 mol/L, respectively.The best time for adding them was before the bacteria logarithmic phase.

    Using Decylamine and Chloroacetic Acid as raw materials,a new collector named DKZ-1 was synthesized by synthetic reaction.It was investigated by the open-circuit flotation tests of quartz and mixed magnetic concentrate that when the pH value is 11.5, the amount used of starch, CaCl2 and DKZ-1 is 800, 1 200 and 600 g/t, the iron concentrate reach to 66.47% and the recovery reach to 82.8%.The results of temperature experiments show that DKZ-1's floatability is best at 25~30 ℃.The adsorption mechanism on quartz by measurement of IR and Zeta potential were investigated.

    Crushing tests including size characteristics of centre product influenced by the pressure and speed of the roller and the moisture content of the ore of V-Ti magnetite in Panxi area were conducted using high pressure grinding roller.The centre product can almost pass sieve mesh of 5mm under the condition of that the pressure of the roller is 5.6 N/mm2, the speed of the roller is 0.195 m/s and the moisture content of the ore is less than 7%, the productivity of -3.2 mm of which is 91.05%, and the productivity of -0.074 mm of which is 15.29%.The P80 of the centre product is reduced to 1.55mm and the ratio of reduction is up to 10.Tests of size characteristics influenced by technology of different circulation of edge product and the closed-cycling were also performed.

    On the basis of the analysis the nature of a siderite ore from Jiayuguan, a research on reducing roasting-magnetic separation was carried out.The influence of processing parameters, such as the roasting temperature the roasting time, the consumption of the reducing agent(coal), the dosage of the fluxing agent, the ground level, were investigated.A optimum conditions for direct reducing roast was determined by the test, Under the optimum conditions,  a concentrate with an iron grade and recovery of 94.70% and 90.28%, respectively, can be obtained.

    A low-grade titanium sand from Yunnan province possesses TiO2 grade of 5.32% and Fe grade of 11.07%, respectively; and most of the TiO2 and Fe elements are finely distributed in ilmenite and titanomagnetite minerals.A primary grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high gradient magnetic separation-single grinding and reconcentration of rough concentrates technique was developed, in response to the characteristics of the sand with, low grade and fine distribution.Titanium concentrate assaying 46.30% TiO2and an iron concentrate assaying 54.17% Fe are produced, with the total TiO2and Fe recoveries as high as 63.59% and 30.89%, respectively.The technique provides a new method for the processing of such low-grade titanium  sands.

    In view of characteristics of close associated relationship with each other and owns complicated ore nature and fine dissemination size of valuable mineral for a copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore in Baiyu, the beneficiation tests were carried out by the process of preferential flotation of copper and lead,lead and zinc, pressure leaching of copper-lead mixed concentrate.And by regrinding rougher lead concentrate, new type special collector EM-WB-12 was added.Then, copper-lead mixed concentrate mixture with Cu and Pb grade of 5.15% and 22.94% at a 85.00% Cu recovery and 53.38% Pb recovery, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 52.68% at a 30.13% recovery were respectively achieved.Also, the associated silver in ores was effectively enriched.Taking pressure leaching to Cu-Pb mixed concentrate, got the leaching rate of Zn at 94.36% and Cu at 91.21%,the grade of Pb ofter dressing at 40%.Based on the tests of laboratory, pilot test were organized, The results fully confirm the reliability of those from laboratory tests.

    By analysising the hydrogeology and engineering geology conditions of Tangshan coastal area, a new understanding of formation mechanism of land subsidence in Tangshan coastal area was proposed.Firstly, the mathematical model for development tendency of groundwater funnel is established, by which the model is identified.Then the conception of storage co-efficient is introduced to establish the varying tendency model of groundwater level, in combination with the buried depth of water in groundwater funnel.Finally, combining with the annual land subsidence rate and the mathematical model for buried depth of groundwater, a calculation model for land subsidence in Tangshan coastal area is built, and the calculating result conforms to the real land subsidence and deformation.

    The working theory of hydrocyclone was introduced, and the fluid field in the hydrocyclones with different overflow pipes in depth was simulated respectively by FLUENT.The distribution of the velocity and the concentration of dispersed phase of the fluid field within hydrocyclone was analyzed based on the numerical simulation, and the influence on the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone by the depth of overflow pipe was discussed.

    Big capacity is advantage of tapered concentrators, but one disadvantage of application of tapered concentrators.Analyzed the principle, characteristics of tapered concentrators and sharp shrinkage chute and optimized the sharp shrinkage chute.Comparative tests have been done between the optimized sharp shrinkage chute group according to the 3DS6FD tapered concentrators In the laboratory and 3DS6FD tapered concentrators in one titanium magnetite factory.Results indicate that in the lab the 3DS6FD tapered concentrators can be replaced with optimized sharp shrinkage chute group to study, analysis, description and study some minerals beneficiation of low grade ores being suitable or unsuitable for using tapered concentrators to handle.And whether application of tapered concentrators could be used or not be used for optimizing and exploring mineral processing technology in some old plant.

    Individual and combined pollution characteristics of heavy metal elements( Pb, Zn, Cu, As and Cr) of surface soil(0 ~ 20 cm) in Baosteel Group Tailing Dam and its neighboring regions were investigated by utilizing Combined Pollution Assessment Method(CPAM) , Hakanson Latent Ecological Risk Index Method(HLERIM) and quantitative determination of latent ecological risk degree.The key pollutant and latent ecological risk factor was carried out.The results indicated that the heavy metal pollution degree varies in Baosteel Group Tailing Dam and its neighboring regions.It also showed the latent ecological risk indexes can be seen as followings from high to low:Pb, As, Cu, Cr ,Zn.Among them, the pollution risk index of Pb is the highest and then As.

    There are many open pits in China threatened by cavities under open pit limit.The key to insure safe mining depends on the thickness of safety isolation layer between cavity and bench surface,and it needs to be solved urgently with the steps of bench blasting.Based on the present situation of Dabaoshan mine which is an open pit with lots of harmful cavities under open pit limit,the thickness of safety isolation layer under was calculated by using different theoretical methods,and the results simulated by 2D numerical method were compared with those theoretically calculated ones.The optimum thickness of safety isolation layer under different cavity span was obtained through comparison.Finally,an actual cavity group with three cavities under open-pit limit was modeled in 3D to calculate its stability.These provide a systematic stability analyzing method of cavity under open pit limit for the mine.

    It is a substantial issue for land reclamation of surface coal mine in arid grassland that soil erosion of open pit coal mine leads to soil salinization and surrounding grassland degradation.Taking the dump of No.2 surface coal mine in Shenglidong mining area in Inner Mongolia as a case.The research method is the combination of on-site investigation and data analysis.The results indicate:①There are three typical limiting factors for land reclamation such as insufficient surface soil, water shortage and few suitable species in arid grassland.②Meanwhile, the corresponding engineering measures in Shenglidong mine include removing and covering topsoil, using mat to prevent soil erosion; biological measures involve the application of organic fertilizers and reasonable allocation of herbage, bush and arbor.The results can be technological reference for the similar land reclamation.

    In order to study the impact of mine fire on tunnel ventilation, the software of fire dynamics simulator(FDS) is applied to examine the mine fire's effects upon the ventilation of the level and uplink tunnels.The results show that the fire leads to the change of the air movement.According to distribution of the air velocity in tunnel, the tunnel can be divided into four regions.It can be seen through analysis that  the throttling effect exists in the level tunnel, but its buoyancy effect can be ignored; While both the throttling and buoyancy effects exist in the uplink tunnel, and the throttling effect is increased obviously with the power of heat release increasing.

    Based on the different research of calcium materials admixture, the optimum proportions of calcium materials were obtained, the action mechanism were also analyzed in the preparation process of autoclaved aerated concrete.The XRD results suggested that the major mineral phases in the AAC product were tobermorite with residue quartz and anhydrite.The examination by scanning electron microscope depicted a waving curved morphology of newly formed crystalline phases, which intertwined into mesh structure and played an important role in the development of products strength.
