Abstract: The permanent refuge station can achieve the goals of providing continuous oxygen and communicating to the inside of station by drilling throughout the rock to the ground.The paper studied the life support system which adopted drilling hole in refuge station of Changcun mine to determine the components of oxygen supply system，liquid food supply system，communication and power supply system.Through research on the three systems，the internal layout of drilling and the way to return air were determined，the structure and way of drilling were given through the analysis of geological structure.
