Abstract: The rational exploitation and utilization of mineral resource is one of the hot spots attracting world concern. Against such background, the paper studies the mineral resource deployment globalization of the main developed countries, summarizes its main features and based on this, analyzes the causes for China's establishment of a global strategy of mineral resource so as to realize the sustainable development of China's mineral resource.
