Abstract: Mine safety management is a top priority for mining enterprises. The paper describes the basic contents of the “123456” safety management implemented by Zhejiang Lizhu Iron Mine Group, that is one execution, two comprehensive implementations, three concepts, four transforms, five principles and six rule; highlights the experience in practicing mine safety management; and points out that safety production is a major issue relating to the long safe life of an enterprise.
