Abstract: Based on the analysis of the ore properties，magnetic characteristics of ROM ore and grinding size characteristics of the feed to No.3 Separation Workshop of Dagushan Concentrator，a systematic analysis is made of  the status quo and the existing problems in the technical flowsheet including the primary grinding and classification，secondary grinding and classification，magnetic separation，primary dewatering tank，secondary magnetic separation，fine screening and re-concentration，concentration before the filtration，and the water supplying system.Measures are then suggested for improving the operation method，the operation process，the equipment for grinding and concentration and the concentrate grade.
