    Based on the methodology of ISM,a sketch map of interpretative structural modeling of explosive's self-initiation during the mining of sulfide ore deposits was given.From the view of human-machine-environment system analysis,15 major factors which affected the explosive's self-initiation during the mining of sulfide ore deposits were selected,and then its fact set system was built.Through the inference and calculation of the adjacency matrix,multi-level hierarchical interpretative structure model can be obtained,and then interpretative structural modeling of explosive's self-initiation during the mining of sulfide ore deposits was constructed and analyzed according to the actual significance of each factor.Study shows that factors of explosive's self-initiation during the mining of sulfide ore deposits can be divided into 7 levels,and different levels of the factors and their associated impact are clear.The method provides a new idea and direction for the study on the mechanism of explosive's self-initiation during the mining of sulfide ore deposits.

    Based on the practice of transferring from open-pit to underground mining in Baoguo iron ore of Tiedanshan ore field,many problems are successfully solved,such as stoping of the hanging wall ore,improving the mining of bottom ores in the open-pit,forming the waste rock cap,ensuring the mineral processing and the selection of mining methods for underground mine in Tiedanshan ore field with good effects.And the maximal utilization of mining resources and mechanical equipment are realized.Also,the ore production capacity is guaranteed in the transition period with a huge economic benefit.This practice provides a successful example for transferring from open-pit to underground mine for moderate scale mines of our country.

    Based on the combination of rough set and fuzzy set theory,a knowledge reduction method of rough set is adopted to obtain the evaluated indexes.The problem of weighting coefficient is converted into that of significance estimating on the attribution of rough set.And a model of predicting the possibility and classification of rock burst was established.A series of underground rock projects in domestic and abroad are taken as the training and testing samples,and the ratio of mistake-distinguish is considerably low zero after the model is trained.Ma Luping deep-buried hard rock mine are used to verify this model.The results show that the predicted classification is consistent with the actually measured ones.Therefore,the classification model,reflecting the complexity situation of rock-burst objectively,is effective and available to the classification of the grade of rock burst.The results show that the model can be used to predict the possibility and classification of rock-burst in deep underground engineering.

    A new proper binding composition named as ASGL for the tailings binder with high early strength development and consistent evolution of later strength was designed by means of cement paste strength tests,and its stabilization effectiveness for lead-zinc tailings was examined through strength tests on cementing-tailing  stabilized mixtures.Results show that the compressive strength of binder can be 23.9,26.6,38.7 and 47.3 MPa respectively when ASGL of binder is under appropriate mix proportion with sulphate-aluminate cement 30%,granulated blast furnace slag 45%,natural anhydrite 20% and lime 5% at 1 d,3 d,7 d and 28 d.Under the same of solid paste content,the strength development of the stabilized ASGL-tailings is higher than that of PC32.5R,especially at the early stage.Therefore,it is much suitable for the application case of tailings back filling with requirement of high filling speed.

    In view of the complexity and urgency of the controlling of underground engineering rock deformation,and based on the theory and experiments,the non-coupling compound charge directional rupture blasting technology is proposed,and its blasting mechanism are analyzed simply.Finally,the technology is applied to the actual construction of roadway.The measurement results of on-site rock deformation and internal force of bolt show that the charging structure can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,and reduce the disturbance to the surrounding rock.

    In order to analyze the surrounding soil structure in the shield tunneling process,and the stress and deformation law of lining structure,and combining with the engineering situation of Dalian double parallel tunnels line No.2-202,the dynamic simulation of the shield tunneling is made with ADINA software.Then,a 3D non-linear finite element computing model for the shield tunneling,the concrete lining structure,the grouting soil mass and the original soil structure is built. In the nonlinear FEM model,the different stratum physical properties,the interaction between the double-tube parallel tunnels and the dynamic process of shield tunneling,grouting in soil mass and segment lining are comprehensively considered.Through numerical analysis,the stress and deformation of surrounding soil and lining for double-shield tunnel construction are studied,thus providing a proposal for construction,lining design and ground settlement control of the shield tunnels.

    Based on the dominance of open pit mining,the conditions of resources which adapt to transferring from underground into open pit mining are analyzed.Comparing with the underground mining,open pit mining owns the advantages of high recovery ratio of resource,large production capacity,low production cost,high operation safety level,well operation environment,and so on.The factors of resource recovery ratio,operation safety,and economic benefits and the secondary recovery of resources are the reason for transferring from underground into open pit mining.Among these,the enlargement of production capacity,the decrease of production cost in open pit,the increase of ore price,and lower stripping ratio which brought by lower cutoff grade are the main one of transferring from underground into open pit mining to increase economic benefits.The secondary recovery from the residual minerals with open pit mining can fully make use of mineral resources which are lost by underground mining.There are three mining forms,mainly including of ore pillars recovery,filling recovery,and open pit mining which destroyed the minerals.

    This paper discusses the law of the ore drawing about Sublevel Caving Mining,and analyzes the reasons for the dilution and loss.Then some proposals are given,such as controlling the blasting effects,designing reasonable drawing parameters and ore-drawing sequence,using cross-way to recycle the residual ore in order to reduce the loss and dilution index.With the application,good indicators are obtained with the ore dilution rate of 21.87%,and the ore loss rate of 28.02%.

    Due to low-grade Fe and high impurity content in concentrate, the blast furnace smelting is affected and the coke rate is lowered in the beneficiation of powder iron ores of JISCO.In view of this issue, six optimal beneficiation tests in lab were conducted.The results showed that all these six tests realized the quality improvement and impurity reduction for concentrates.Compared with the results of on-site simulating flow-sheet, the Fe grade concentrate was improved by 2.14%~ 3.84%, and SiO2 content decreased by 2.66%~ 5.43% under the same of Fe recovery.After the comparison with the flow-sheet structure and the beneficiation indicators of six optimal processes, it is recommended that the next expansion tests follow the two processes of the magnetic separation-flotation where no concentrate are got at the rough high-intensity magnetic separation or some concentrates are got respectively.

    Titano-magnetite has considerable bad effect on ilmenite floatation.The tests results of mono-mineral floatation show that titano-magnetite presents better floatability than ilmenite.Some gangues wrapped by titano-magnetite will go into the floatation concentrate, which decrease the TiO2 grade and consume more reagents in flotation.And the magnetic aggregation easily occurs in the titano-magnetite ore, resulting in the mechanical entrapment.That the titano-magnetite entraining with gauges comes into the flotation concentration can decrease the concentrate grade and recovery.The comparison floatation tests with magnetic tailings of vanadium titano-magnetite showed that the floatation concentrate grading at 44.02% of TiO2 with recovery of 44.38% were obtained by the direct flotation without Fe removal.If Fe in titano-magnetite was removed by low intensity magnetic separation before floatation, TiO2 grade of final floatation concentrate increased to 47.40% and the recovery increased to 52.64% through the same flotation flow-sheet and reagents.

    In this paper, coal-based direct reduction &magnetic separation were studied on the refractory iron ore which belongs to the “Jiangkou-type” fine disseminated and mixed types iron minerals.The results showed the direct-reduction iron ores grading at 91.93% with an 83.87% recovery was obtained from the roasted ores by two-stage grinding and stage magnetic separation process when the bituminous coal of 30% is used as the reducing agent, NM 15% as the fluxing agent at the roasting temperature of 1 250 ℃ for 80 min.

    The fracture energy measuring system of Mica that are designed by ourselves to simply reflect the effect of grinding aids was adopted to investigate the fracture energy of mica in air,water,and solution with the addition of various concentrations of these grinding aids at different pH value.The results show that the fracture energy of mica in water is about half of what it is in air.Under the natural pH value, grinding aids with proper addition of CTAB, Sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and tri-sodium citrate can reduce the fracture energy by a further 10%~20%,specially tri-sodium citrate appearing to be the most effective.The solution pH values affect the fracture energy of Mica.When using the tri-sodium citrate solution at pH 5, the fracture energy of Mica can be decreased by 30%~40% than that in water.

    Through quantum chemistry calculation method of absorption model, and in combination with the infrared spectrum analysis on the actual adsorption complex, the interaction mechanism between the sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) and andalusite was investigated.The calculation results showed that the ion of sodium dodecyl sulfonate acted with the andalusite, resulting in the chemical adsorption.Moreover, the ion of sodium dodecyl sulfonate will be adsorbed optimally on the Al atom labeled 11.During the adsorption process, the electron from the Al atom on the surface of andalusite (001) will transfer to the O atom of SDS ion.The infrared spectrum analysis showed that aluminum dodecyl sulfonate was found on the absorption compound, thus verifying the results of quantum chemistry calculations.

    The  influence of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)on the flotability and the dispersion of talc particles was studied by flotation tests, settling experiments, zeta potential determination, contact angle measurement and infra-redspectrum testing.Research results show that CMC can make the wettability of anisotropic surface and edge surface of talc increasing and trending to be similar, so that the talc floated by its hydrophobicity is depressed to realize the flotation separation of sulfide minerals and talc.However, it would not prevent small mounts of talc floating entrained with bubble.The negative potential of talc surface is increased and the dispersion of talc particles is facilitated with the addition of CMC.But it is not good for talc depression.In contrast, the aggregation of talc particles together with the decreasing of superficial area on talc face surface is favorable to depress the flotability of talc.CMC react with the anisotropic surface of talc through hydroxyl and carboxyl groups.

    The ores from a Yunnan Tin-polymetallic Mine contains high level of easy-floating silica minerals, resulting in poor zinc flotation effect in production.Therefore, experiments on silicon suppression and zinc floatation for this ore were studies.The results showed that with Aluminum Sulfate as inhibitor, No.Z-200 as collector, Zn concentrate index with Zn grade and recovery of 49.51% and 85.23% respectively was obtained by the process of direct tailing discharge after scavenging of middle ores from Cleaning 1 concentration.

    The experiments on flotation separation of Cu-Fe sulfide at low basicity for a Cu-Ag multi-metal ores in Jiangxi province is carried out by using the DT series depressor produced by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.The results showed that in flotation separation of Cu-Fe sulfide, with the DT-2# as the depressor of pyrite at low basicity of pH 8, copper and sulfur concentrates grading at 22.49% and 33.07% with an 88.76% and 62.25% recovery are achieved respectively.Meanwhile, the silver grade and recovery reach 1 391.6 g/t and 71.59% in the copper concentrate.

    The existing large underground mined-out area leads to the surface subsidence deformation.To predict the deformation trend,the settlement model has been established to simulate the deformation.The physical model adopts the finite element ideas,by adopting different rock layer structures,and in combination with finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the adaptive meshing algorithm for meshing grid.At the same time,the parameters evaluation weighting algorithm was used to select the physical parameters.The simulation results correspond with the actual situation,thus providing a basis for the study of surface subsidence mechanism.

    Heavy metal pollution in mining areas possesses the character of time series,so time series ARIMA model can be used to forecast heavy metal pollution.Based on monitoring data on heavy metals for a certain copper-sulfide ore in the South during January 1995 and June 2008,ARIMA model is adopted to build the Zn total prediction in wastewater outfall of the mine tailings.The results indicate that ARIMA (1,1,2) model approximates the alteration rule of heavy metals from January 2008 to June 2008,and the prediction error is around 5% between the calculated and the predicted data of mining areas.The forecasting results show that heavy metal Zn contents in the mining area will be still in the state of pollution in future.

    This paper proposed a new loop controller optimization method based on the study of the common solution method for mine ventilation network.The core ideologies of the algorithm is that it uses the minimum power line channel under non-equilibrium state as a benchmark,and then each channel of the ventilation network is adjusted in accordance with the minimum spanning tree method,and this process will continue until the channel is no longer adjustable up.The ventilation network solution optimized mathematical model established by this method can not only get the best adjustment amount and position theoretically which guaranteed the minimum total power consumption in the mine,but also provide a new method and means for selecting the main fan condition,optimizing the location and condition of underground stations,optimizing the adjustment position and so on.

    On the basis of the systematic statistics of mine water inrush accident data from 2001 to 2009,the comprehensive analysis and graphic method in accident statistical analysis are adopted to analyze the accident data,including the analysis of tends in water inrush accident and the exploration of the relationships among water inrush accident and time,mine geographical distribution and economic types of enterprises.The results show that mine water inrush accident mostly occurs in spring and summer and during the time of 8~13 o'clock in a day; It mainly distributes into Guizhou,Hunan province and other areas; Township enterprises are the most serious.Finally,some safety management countermeasures against the water inrush accident are proposed based on the statistical results.

    Taking hematite tailings from western Hubei as raw materials, the preparation of steam cured bricks is made with the mixture ratio (tailings 78%, yellow sands 10%, cements 10%, and gypsums 2%) that is determined from the pre-tests. The influence of the additional reagent type, the dosage, the steam-cured system and the natural curing period on the performance of products is studied.The results show that the performance of product can reach MU15 level at the standard of JC/T422-2007 under the conditions of water consumption 15%, the mixture ratio of triethanolamine and cement at 0.01%, compressive strength at 20 MPa, and the curing temperature rising up to 2 h, constant temperature 40 ℃ for 6 h, then temperature lowering 2 h and the natural curing period of 28 d.

    Taking the soil of a Beijing highway as samples, the solidification tests of Beijing soil with such industrial soil wastes as slag, fly ash and desulfurized gypsum etc.were carried out, and the solidification mechanism of solidified soil was discussed.The influence order of the industrial solid wastes to the compressive strength is investigated by the orthogonal design, showing like lime, fly ash, slag, desulfurized gypsum size down.The compressive strength of solidified soil reached 6.26 MPa when the additive proportion of slag, fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and lime (with the soil samples) was 3.6%, 0.3%, 0.6% and 1.5%.
