    In order to apply the foamed backfill to the underground cutting and filling mine successfully,based on the mining technical condition of stope east of F17,Jinchuan Corporation,the laboratory tests and in-situ experiments on the physical and mechanical properties were carried out.Then,the mechanics and backfilling effect of foamed backfill were studied by numerical methods .The field test results show that the foamed concrete filling material has such characteristics as good fluidity,high filling quality and low cost ect.The results of theoretical analysis show that for the condition of surrounding rock mass in stope east of F17,and the foamed backfill of having the same ratio of cement as the ordinary backfill can not only increase the mechanical parameters of backfill,but also can realize higher tight-filling ratio,which can efficiently control the rock mass displacement and assure the stability of stope.Therefore,it is feasible to apply the foamed backfill to the stope east of F17,and the industrial tests of stope backfilling with foamed backfill are carrying out.

    To fully exploit the resources,Qingtonggou Mercury-antimony Mine adopts the sublevel open stoping with delayed filling to recover the remanent ore-body at the medium stage of 550~600 m.The remanent ore-body has a medium thickness and not-steep slope.Moreover there are some mined-out area and the residual pillars above 550 m,resulting it difficult to recover the remanent ore-body.For research on the recovery of the remanent ore-body,and according to the numerical simulation results of calculation and analysis,the mining technology of the vertical sublevel drilling and sublevel tailings filling resulted in the successful recovery of the remanent ore-body.

    further find out the reinforcement mechanism of bolt supporting of tunnel,the bolt's load transfer differential equation has been established according to the stress equilibrium in a small section of bolt and load transfer mechanics.Meanwhile,based on the rock mass deformation before and after bolt assembling,the rock bolt's load transfer equation has gained.In combination with the radial deformation of tunnel wall rock mass,the computing model for axial stress of grouting rock bolt in the ideal plastic rocks is induced,and the calculation model for the frictional resistance between the anchoring section and the rock interface is erected.Through analyzing the distribution of bolt stress and factors of affecting the stress distribution and size,it is concluded that the factors that affect the anchoring are the occasion of bolt installation and construction,the mechanical properties of rock,and the length of bolt.

    Taking three types of bituminous,one anthracite,one lignite as reductants,and with the mixture of SY1 and SY2(mass ratio of SY1/SY2=2∶1),the effects of coal types on direct reduction and dephosphorization synchronously were studied by the direct reduction roasting-magnetic separation process.The results showed that the fixed carbon and volatile in the coals were beneficial to improving the grade and recovery of iron in the DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) with different kinds of coal as reductants,the ash was disadvantageous to decrease the phosphorus content of the DRI.The effects of direct reduction and dephosphorization synchronously can be obtained by increasing the amount of different types of coal(dephosphorization agent)in a fixed dosage of dephosphorization agent(the optimum dosage of different types of coal.But the former needs lower costs than the later.Using five types of coal as reductants,DRI containing Fe more than 90%,P less than 0.1% were obtained at the appropriate amount of coal and dephosphorization agent.In comparison,a good effect can be achieved by the direct reduction and dephosphorization synchronously with lignite,secondly anthracite,poorly bituminous.

    This article describes the direct flotation tests under weak alkaline condition with the new combined collector WM-1 of the Sodium oleate and one self-made chelating collector in Donganshan hematite,comparing with the single sodium oleate.The results showed that under the optimal condition,Fe concentrate grading at 50.62%  with Fe recovery 85.05% was obtained with WM-1.However,with the single Sodium oleate,Fe concentrate only graded at 50.62% with Fe recovery rate of 90.22%.Moreover,WM-1 have the characteristics of low-temperature,The analysis of mechanism showed that the adsorption between the combined collector WM-1 and hematite includes the electrostatic adsorption and the chemical adsorption.

    A new dephosphorization collector EM-501 is prepared and used in the reverse flotation tests of dephosphorization for de-sliming products of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite from Chongqing Taohua and Hubei Guandian.For Taohua high phosphorus oolitic hematite,P content decreased to be 0.081% from 0.82%,with EM-501 as collector by the process of one-roughing,one-cleaning and two-scavenging after de-sliming.For Guandian hematite,P content dropped to be 0.21% from 0.89% by the reverse flotation process of one-roughing,one-cleaning and one-scavenging with EM-501 as collector.The experimental results confirmed that EM-501 had a collecting ability for phosphorus minerals with a good selectivity.So it is an effective dephosphorization collector for high-phosphorus oolitic hematite.

    Taihe iron ore belongs to the vanadium-titanium magnetite.Now the process of two-stage grinding and stage magnetic separation is adopted on-site.But the large amount of the secondary grinding resulted in high costs.Moreover,the final concentrate grade can only meet the basic requirements of iron grading at 55% or more.In the laboratory,the crude concentrates are prepared by simulating the field flow-sheet.By using the magnetic screen,the re-concentration tests before and after re-grinding are made to investigate if possible to improve the final concentrate iron grade or reduce the amount of the secondary grinding.The results showed that: the final concentrate did not be improved after crude concentrate was screened by magnetic screening; And if the crude concentrate is directly separated by the magnetic screening before regrinding,a part of iron concentrate grading at 56% or more can be obtained in advance so as to reduce the amount of re-grinding of about 60%.

    Due to the difficulties in lead-antimony flotation process of the high-carbon high-sulfur tin polymetallic ores in Nandan,and based on a large number of experiments,the lead-antimony flotation tests are made with the ammonium butyl aerofloat as collector,lead-nitrate as activator,NZ composite reagent as inhibitors,in acidic conditions.A good indicator has been obtained.According to the experiment results,some optimization on the original beneficiation process was made to obtain the concentrates of lead,antimony,silver grade as 24.87%,11.59% and 2 993 g/t respectively,and its recovery rate reached 87.01%,83.88%,89.79%.Thus,the valuable minerals have been effectively recovered.

    To resolve the deterioration problems of mineral indicators caused by ore properties variation during the process of underground deep mining in Tonglushan copper iron mine,the beneficiation ability tests of copper for deep ore-body is made,based on the process mineralogy research.The results showed that:when the grinding fineness at the current production was improved from -0.074 mm 63% to 70% to -0.074 mm 85.9%,and the asynchronous flotation process was adopted with single butyl xanthate as collector,copper concentrate containing copper 22.85%,gold 14.27 g/t,silver 85.69 g/t at a copper,gold,silver recovery of 93.72%, 94.83%,82.34% respectively were achieved.While butyl xanthate + butylamine black were used as collectors,the recovery of copper,gold,silver can be increased by 1 to 2%,but their grades are slightly decreased.

    Since gold-bearing sulfide minerals exist in fine disseminated particle of a Liaoning Gold Ore and in close symbiosis with the gangue minerals,and contain high levels of easily clay ores,it is rather difficult to separate.The flotation tests were carried out.The results showed that under the grinding fineness of -200 mesh 95.3%,and taking sodium carbonate as regulator,sodium butyl xauthate+ ammonium-butyl aerofloat as collector,and 2# oil as foaming agent,gold concentrate with grade and recovery of 77.1 g/t and 79.58% respectively was obtained in flotation tests.Further cyanide leaching tests for flotation tailings were done.82.20% of the operating gold leaching rate achieved,resulting in the total gold recovery rate up to 96.37%.Researches results on the direct cyanide gold leaching method showed that the gold leaching rate was only 80.41%.

    By using the mixed mesophilic acidophilic bacteria which are separated and domesticated from the on-site acid mine water,the bio-leaching experiments on a refractory uranium ore are made by the pneumatic agitation and the mechanical agitation.The results showed that the bio-leaching rate of this refractory uranium ore can reach 89.2% with the mechanical stirring,and only 67.6% with the pneumatic agitating.It is clearly that the mechanical agitation is effective for bio-leaching of the uranium ores.

    The flotation behavior of the monoclinic pyrrhotite was studied through the single mineral tests.The results showed that the floatability of the monoclinic pyrrhotite in the system of butyl xanthate or sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) is nearly the same,and its pulp potential has little influence on the flotation behavior.The sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) has better ability to collect monoclinic pyrrhotite than butyl xanthate in the alkaline condition.Taking butyl xanthate as collector,and in acid,neutral or low-alkaline condition,the monoclinic pyrrhotite activated with CuSO4 can be nicely depressed by the combination reagent of sodium humic acid and calcium chloride.In the high alkaline condition of NaOH,the activated monoclinic pyrrhotite is difficult to be depressed by this combination reagent.While,in the high alkaline condition of CaO,the activated pyrrhotite can be depressed basically with the addition of sodium humic acid only.

    The influence of the dosage of stabilizer,sodium stearate on the growth process of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers was investigated through E-biological microscope,scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the absorption state was different with additive amount varied and the crystallization course of hemihydrate calcium sulfate was greatly affected by sodium stearate.So it is pointed out that the main reason for the different crystal shape of hemihydrate calcium sulfate is that the absorption amounts of sodium stearate is not uniform on their surface.

    In view of the request of the daily dispatching and location monitoring in open pit,the open pit dispatching system with integration of language communication,devices location,and video monitoring are realized with the WiFi technology.This system can not only meet the demands of production dispatching within the scope of mining area,but also realize the function of VOIP and wireless video monitoring,which provides a new technique to production dispatching management for open-pit.The field test indicates that the performance of this system is stable and can satisfy the requirement of mine production and management.

    By adopting the discrete element method based on the particles flow,the numerical simulation on the rocks movement rule of ore-drawing and the process of rocks loss and dilution with pillarless sublevel caving method is made.Taking the ore recovery rate and the waste rock mixture rate as checking index,the pros and cons of ore drawing with the flat hopper and with the facade hopper are analyzed respectively.The research found out that under the same ore-drawing conditions,the former was more reasonable than the latter.Putting them in the same model,and by comparing the drawing-body's shape with five different friction properties of particles under the facade program,and when the structural parameters an ore-drawing program are fixed,the ore-drawing effect that are influenced by the bulk friction angle are shown as follows:the greater the friction coefficient between the particles is,the larger the eccentricity of the ellipsoid becomes.

    In view of the distributing complexity of interstitial geohydrology succession and current problem of 3D spatial dispersing in groundwater numerical simulation,the borehole data based on other geological data,like profile section,was used to divide the interstitial geohydrology succession into the upper and the lower.In order to ensure one-to-one correspondence of the upper and lower triangular,and if the self-decomposition operation of one layer top (bottom) level for one triangular is made,the bottom (top) level triangular also adopts self-decomposition.After building Triangulated Irregular Network for each level,the upper and lower vertexes of triangle are connected to form a triangular prism for the whole geological body.Each layer's Triangulated Irregular Network (TIN) has the same reference coordinate system and can correctly match and correspond with each other.Finally the 3D spatial dispersing is made on the interstitial geohydrology succession by the triangular prism.It can not only keep the type unitary of interstitial geohydrology succession,but also improve the 3D spatial modeling of the interstitial geohydrology succession and the precision of groundwater numerical simulation.

    The digital mine is a hot research topic.Mine tunnel is core component in the whole mining production and is the most intuitive part in visualization of mine.Based on analyzing the current methods of three-dimensional modeling,the paper puts forward the division modeling method which can be used to construct the complex intersected model between vertical shaft and horizontal tunnels.Its idea is “divide and rule”,namely,dividing the intersection part into three individual entities and two spatial curves.According to analysis and calculation,the scattered points on the two spatial curves can be got.The vertical shaft is built by using adjacent contour modeling method.The 3D models of the horizontal tunnels are constructed by adopting the symmetrical modeling method.The whole intersected model is generated through composing vertical shaft with horizontal tunnels.Its advantage is that the whole model is inner connected with each other and seamless integration.It is shown that the method mentioned is feasible to deal with the intersection between vertical shaft and horizontal tunnels.

    The mixed packing with cyclonic static micro-bubble flotation column is a packing mode of honeycomb tube packing based on sieve plate packing,arming to further weaken the effect of cyclone field on the column separation.The mixed packing and the sieve plate packing with cyclonic static micro-bubble flotation columns were used to separate Yunnan copper sulfide in a semi-industrial test respectively,and the results showed that both could shorten the flotation technological flow-sheet and save the dosages.However,the grade and recovery copper concentrate in mixed packing was higher by 2.28 and 1.18 % respectively.Thus the efficiency of the mixed packing is proved.

    The structural characteristics of the air core inside of the hydrocyclone under different cone angle and inlet flows are investigated by adopting the high-speed image technology.The results indicated that the shape of air core and its crackle varied with the cone angle and the inlet flows,which can not simply be described as column,twist or sinusoidal shape.Hence,to reduce the effect of the air cone on the classifying of the hydrocyclone,parameters of suitable cone angles and related optimal in-let flows should be selected for the hydrocyclone.

    Mine safety is the ultimate guarantee to keep mining corporation stable,persistent and fast developing.Based on the Fisher discriminant theory,and combining with the standard of mine safety production,according to actual four mine characteristics of person,machine,environment,management, the main factors of index system of mine safety appraisal,such as mine underground mining processes and indicators of the reliability,twenty-three factors influencing of underground mine were defined as the criterion indices for safety evaluation in the proposed model,and the Fisher discriminant analysis model for safety assessment of underground mining was established.Taking 18 sets of parameter data of underground mine as training and testing samples,the ratio of mis-discrimination is 0.Another 4 groups of measured data are tested as forecast samples,the predicted results are consistent with the measured ones.And it is indicated that this method have a feature of low mis-discrimination ratio and good discrimination performance.So it is a new approach to provide advisable methods for the assessment of underground mine safety management status,and basis for scientific and safe management of the relative departments.

    Four different ecotypes of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are added into the tailing substrate of MaSteel Nanshan Iron Mine,and its modified effects are contrasted by the pot tests of planting alfalfa.The results show that: after comparing with the reference,all four kinds of different ecological types of fungi could enhance the acid phosphatase activity of alfalfa rhizosphere soil,and raise the phosphorus absorption capacity from tailings substrate of alfalfa.Among these,〖WTBX〗Glomus intraradices〖WTBZ〗 from a copper mine has an optimal effect on modifying the physical and chemical properties of tailing substrate and promoting the growth of alfalfa.

    The experiments on the Cr3+ and Cd2+ removal from water with red loess as the sorbent are carried out,and the influence of pH,contract time,adsorbent dose and temperature on the adsorption of Cr3+ ,Cd2+ was studied.The isotherms at different pH and temperatures have been determined.The results indicate that the red loess has a better adsorption effect on Cr3+ than Cd2+.Under a certain condition,the removal rate of Cr3+ can reach 99.5%,while that of Cd2+ maximize to be about 63%.Both adsorption behaviors are fitted to the Langmuir monolayer adsorption model.According the results,it is considered that red loess is expected to become a new-type adsorbing material for treating the waste water of containing heavy metal ions.

    Crude bentonite was modified by using sodium carbonate and cation surfactant cetyltrimthylammonium bromide(CTMAB).The CTMAB modified bentonite was characterized in structure by IR and XRD.Taking CTMAB modified bentonite as adsorbent,the absorption decolourization tests on the reactive brilliant blue dye wastewater are made.The results showed the CTMAB modified bentonite resulted in a stronger decolourization efficiency than the original soils,and its decolourization rat can reach 91.98% under conditions of the reactive brilliant blue 50 mg/L,pH=7,the dosage of modified bentonite 50 mg/L at the adsorption time of 50 min.
