摘要: 通过对鲁中冶金矿业集团公司选矿厂的工艺矿物学研究,找出了影响铁回收率的因素主要是氧化矿和磁铁矿连生体。为了回收铁矿资源,在总尾矿安装了JLCW200型永磁盘式回收机,取得了初步的回收效果;并对回收尾矿的精矿进行了再磨再选试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度达85%-0.076 mm的条件下,可获得品位60.32%的铁精矿,达到有效回收铁矿资源,提高经济效益的目的。

Abstract: Based on the process mineralogical study of the run-of-mine ore in the concentrator of Luzhong Metallurgy & Mining Group Corporation, the main factor affecting the iron recovery is found to be the oxide ore and magnetite intergrowth particles. In order to recover the iron ore resource, JLSW 200 disc permanent magnetic separators were installed to recover the iron from the concentrator tailings, which has achieved preliminary effect. Tests were carried out on the concentrate recovered from the tailings by regrinding and re-concentration process. The results show that at a grinding fineness of 85% -0.076mm, an iron concentrate grading 60.32% can be obtained, attaining the aim of effective recovery of iron ore resource and improvement of the economic benefit.
