大红山铁矿选矿厂降低尾矿品位试验研究

摘要: 大红山铁矿选矿厂尾矿铁品位较高,为27.92%,金属损失严重。进一步降低尾矿铁品位,综合回收利用资源势在必行。为此,进行了4个方案的试验研究。其中高梯度强磁选流程(高梯度强磁粗选、高梯度强磁精选、高梯度强磁扫选)获得了尾矿铁品位降至11.96%、铁精矿品位52.38%、回收率73.97%的好指标。

Abstract: The tailing of Dahongshan Iron Concentrator has a high iron grade of 27.92%, representing a serious metal loss. Further reduction of the tailing iron grade for comprehensive recovery of resource is imperative. Four schemes were tested and the one of high gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) flowsheet (HGMS roughing, HGMS cleaning and HGMS scavenging) achieved good metallurgical performances, the tailing iron grade being decreased to 11.96% and the concentrate having a grade of 52.38% and recovery of 73.97%.
